Muichiro pov

Shi-san suddenly stopped walking, i looked at her and tilted my head in confusion. "is something wrong, Shi-san?" i inquired. "i think we've been spied on... i felt a presence just now..." she replied, but she was clearly holding back something. To-san and i stared at her with curiosity."Shi-san, do you happen to know which demon slayers they were?" i asked. "i think their the new hashiras... but something about them feels... familiar..." she replied plainly. sensing our surroundings was a strange new ability we have, but Shi-san's seems the most powerful out of all the highestmoons... how cool.

"let's head back to the headquarters first, we'll discuss this later," To-san said, letting go of Shi-san's hand and sprinting off, as i did the same and we caught up to him.

"Muzan-sama, we're back," Shi-san said politely, cringing internally while she said his name. we never liked being formal with him for some reason but we had to get on his good side just in case we needed to use that to our advantage in any situation. Muzan simply nodded and we headed back to our level of the building. we were based somewhere in the middle of what looks like a large forest to mere mortals, where we had an ordinary looking house, but under was a bunch of underground levels, each housing roughly two to three highestmoons, which was our own demon rank. no eyebrows, snake man and lover girl share the first lower level, while Shi-san, To-san and I share the second lower level, lastly, creepy smiling guy, Hime-san and the narcissist share the very lowest level. the top two were merely used as a decoy for suspecting humans and also where our meetings were held.

(btw the reason mui associated some of the hashira with those nicknames is cause he still has a poor memory and can only remember those that he hangs out with more which is shinobu and giyuu. yes i also added this part to roast some of them except gyomei cause mui and most others really respects him. and they also use short names that was given by Muzan because they don't remember their own names)

third-person pov

other than this building, it is surrounded with, as mentioned above, what looks like an evergreen forest to most living things, but after stepping though the illusion shield, it actually reveals a 'forest' made of different coloured trees or some with buildings which are not as prominent as the main building. each section is designated to a respectful hashira, and represents them.

Giyuu pov

as soon as we stepped off the platform, Shi went to make tea while Chi sat at the island, staring off into space. i sat on the sofa and started cleaning my blade with a white cloth, waiting for the tea to be ready. as soon as the whistling of the kettle stopped, i set down my shiny katana and walked over to the island where Shi was pouring the tea into four small teacups.

we sat there and chatted for some time. "are any of you able to remember anything from your human lives...?" i decided to bring up. they shook their heads. i sighed in disappointment. we've all been trying to find out how exactly we used to live, more out of curiosity than a desire i guess you could say. unfortunately none of us have been able to retain our memories. suddenly, Douma, the second upper moon, bursted in. "Shi-chaaannn~ oh and the other two..." he squealed but continued in a disappointed tone after that, "anyway, Muzan-sama is looking for you all, you don't wanna be late do you? c'mon Shi-chan let me guide you there~" Shi's face cringed in disgust and happily turned down his offer. what's this feeling... i feel a little... sad? no... what was it, envious? yea... that again like when Chi was clinging to her... strange... "-o-san? To-san? you there?" Chi annoyedly stared at me as Koch- Shi said. Kochou? why would i call her that? that's not her name... "hey, don't ignore her," Chi plainly said, but clearly with some anger and annoyance, knocking me out of my thoughts again. i nodded and trailed after them.
