this isn't much of a chapter, just a filler. really, all you need to know is that they got disguises— no joke, that's literally it. yea seeing this, you might as well just skip this to the next chapter lmaoSanemi pov
a demon with a messy, long black and red-tipped hair tucked in a ponytail was leading us to the meeting room as we trailed behind. I was in the front, while braids girl clung onto snakey's arm and chatted away chirpily, leaving him a blushing mess. i turned around and laughed at him, earning us a glare, or rather three, from the uppermoon. i just glared back at him and continued walking.
"come in," Muzan said. the uppermoon opened the door to reveal Hime-san, big ego, depressed loner, the amnesiac, younger Kochou and creepy smile. looks like we're the latest again, i thought while rolling my eyes and sighing. we took our seated and turned to Muzan.

"thanks for coming, i'll just get straight to the point," Muzan irritatedly started, "i need all of you to come up with disguises and fast. don't question it just do it." he immediately ended and walked out. "HUH? SO THAT'S ALL WE WERE CALLED HERE FOR?!" Sanemi angrily stood up. "just two sentences isn't a flamboyant meeting!" Uzui exclaimed. "whatever just leave," a grumpy Gyutaro poked his head in and chased them outside . "tsk, whatever," Sanemi shot back and left the room, everyone else following suit.
they all settled in the level lobby that Sanemi, Mitsuri and Iguro shared. after some discussion among their little groups, they got their disguises ready.
Sanemi changed his hair into a "neater" style, that was now black. his head also had some dragon-like horns prominently on his head. his eyes now with the same small pupils, but a dark shade of blue rather than purple. he had a belt that fastened his black pants, tucked into black boots with white laces. he wore a titanium white blouse, casually unbuttoned from the top, revealing his tattered chest. he draped a black coat over his blouse that was tattered at the ends, with the character '殺' like the one he used to have on his old white haori.
moving on, Iguro's hair was now a deep shade of purple, that was still shoulder length, but tucked into a small ponytail. his heterochromatic eyes now deep pink and purple and his originally white-bandage mask now stained with a blood patch on the left from one of his victims. it was loosely true, exposing his nose, partially his scar and some snake scales. he made a copy of his haori, and with the help of Mitsuri and Shinobu, it was a comfortable loose turtle neck jacket with sleeves reaching his elbows, his demon slayer uniform under it. Kaburamaru also decided to get a glow up, now black in colour and clung onto Iguro's left arm. his pants were long, grey pants with striped socks slipped into slippers.
next, Mitsuri had her hair tied into two, shorter, curly pigtails, some parts of her hair loose just in front of her ears. a pair of light green ram horns was settled on each side of her head. her hair was pale pink and faded into a baby blue, eyes a shade of pastel green, complimenting her hair. she had a laced choker with a heart around her neck and an off-shoulder shirt that was an ombré of lavender purple to a pale red, a white strip of cloth with buttons running down the middle and tucked into a black plaited skirt. her original haori now a cape decorated with a nice floral and heart pattern.
Shinobu's hair was now baby blue based with white tips, that was now longer and wavy. she had two small butterfly half wings each by the side of her head, as well as a garland that was different shades of blue and white. her eyes dull and light teal, with her usual light patch of white on above. she wore a jacket with an upright circular collar, a bow decorating it at the top fastening the collar, the sleeves long and reaching her wrists. the light maroon jacket buttoned over a plain white kimono. she wore a black skirt that only just touched her knees, similar to Mitsuri's.
Muichiro changed his hair into a short style, a red streak on his long fringe. Mitsuri helped him tie a small braid that hung beside his right ear that was tied and decorated with a small but prominent teal and black butterfly clip that was made by Shinobu. his head had small horns poking out from the front of his head that were a light teal and white, usual dull eyes now a shade of piercing blue. he decided to leave his demon slayer uniform as it was, but with a jacket, similar to Shinobu's, made by the girls over the uniform. the pattern was a traditional mist on it, white and pastel blue in colour.
Giyuu's hair was the same ponytail, but a pale blonde, his eyes a light summer orange that went well with his hair. he had a white based kimono with japanese wave patterns decorating it and a plain maroon haori over. he also had a small ornament with a cloth hanging from the kimono. it had a unique yellow, orange and green pattern. he also had horns on top of his forehead like Muichiro, but they were taller and sharper.
Kyoujuro's hair was tied into a ponytail, his hair now black, and tips white in colour. his eyes were the same and he decided to just keep his uniform, but made a flame patterned haori. (he usually drapes a cape if you're wondering)
Uzui just looks like how he did after he retired. he only decided to change his hair into a shade of light pink.
Gyomei looks pretty much the same except his face has black tear tracks and his scar that is across his forehead is now bloody. very bloody.
they all had at least one eye which sclera was blacked out, and their left eyes, instead of numbers ranking them like the uppermoons, all had the figure "住", the other eye with the character of their style of breathing. only Shinobu, Muichiro and Gyomei (still blind) have both eyes blacked out. Sanemi, however, had red scleras.
oh boy this was so hard to write, i had no motivation whatsoever. as you can tell, i gave up towards the end soooo
