The next couple of months of school were going great. Nothing out of the ordinary happened and it seemed untroubled. Maybe this will actually be my school year... Andrea believed, seeing it was already mid-November. Time was flying by fast and their friendships were only becoming closer.

There have been no meetings for the defenders, and Lucas was doing better since the spell, although Andrea hasn't been able to talk to him or Ava since. They were both in their 7th year, what people say was the hardest year in Black Academia. When they really needed to focus on their studies, Andrea intended to talk with them again soon.

After the crazy moments of losing her ring, and near corruption, and all the meds she took Andrea was feeling better. She would only take her headache medication if it ever got bad, besides that her body didn't have any long-lasting effects.

It was the morning of a Saturday and the three had all gotten their work finished for the week. School was harder in their second year and with even more classes, it was difficult to keep up with the homework given every night. The three expected a normal day, and for them to only hang out with each other.

That was until Diego walked into Andrea's room while she was still sleeping. She slept on her side facing Diego and he smiled down at her. He quietly stepped next to her bed and gently shook her. "Andrea, come on you don't want to be late" Diego whispered and she groaned awake. Andrea dug her face into the pillow while he chuckled and took the covers off of her. "Diego, it's freezing in our home!" Andrea complained.

Diego chuckled and saw her look over and smile while she just barely had her eyes open. "Don't you know what day it is?" Diego questioned and saw Andrea shake her head in the pillow. He looked at her confused thinking everyone knew what today was, realizing it was announced during the feast she missed yesterday. "Today you are tested to see if you are a descendant," Diego joyfully told her.

Andrea slowly sat up, half asleep. She didn't know what he was talking about, "A descendant?". Diego chuckled to see her exhausted while she rubbed her eyes awake and leaned down on her pillow anew. "Rough night?" Diego asked and she nodded her head.

He smiled and sat now at the bed beside her and stood her up gently to attempt to wake her up. "I get it, 2nd year can be tough" Diego said rubbing her arms and Andrea opened her eyes vaguely, "But you're tougher".

Andrea smiled and stretched up, "I wasn't told about anything like this". Diego nodded his head and scootched closer to her, letting Andrea lay her head on his shoulder. "Remember, I'm an angel descendant, did you forget about them?" Diego asked. Andrea shook her head, recalling what they were now. She looked down at his symbol and smiled at it, "What do you think I will be?". "I'm not sure, you are both characteristics, equally, but I think it comes down to genes" Diego said.

Andrea just nodded her head and thought about what she might be, and how they would test her. Andrea lifted her head off his shoulder and looked to him, "Go, I'll wake up the other two. I'll see you later".

Diego nodded his head, he stood up and walked to the door, "I'll see you soon, love you". "Love you too bro-" Andrea said and covered her mouth quickly. Diego stopped in his tracks and looked over his shoulder and to her. He looked shocked and couldn't believe what came out of her . "Did you just call me your brother?" Diego asked. "No I didn't, '' Andrea quickly spoke, looking towards the wall of her bed that was side by side. She covered her face from shame and he just smiled down.

Diego walked over to the bed and hugged her, "I've always thought of you like a sister, it's ok". Andrea smiled but Diego didn't see, she turned herself around and hugged him. "I've never had a brother but you are like one to me" Andrea said, hugging him tighter. Diego smiled and pulled her in a massive bear hug.
