Kidnapped

School was stressful... but it wouldn't be for long. Thankfully winter break was just 1 week away, the three would finally get a rest. Classes were becoming less stressful because many didn't want to start a new lesson if it wouldn't be completed within the time frame. The teachers would cram in lessons that weren't as important and were a waste of time. That was all they did for the last week.

Andrea was laying down on her bed, she scrolled through her phone and watched funny episodes. She was taking advantage of her break from homework and would do things she loved. Watching videos, sketching out new builds, and was even able to talk with more of her friends.

Ding ding, Andrea's phone started to ring, it was Astra. A smile grew on her face while she answered, "Hey girl! I'm guessing you got all your work done?". Being in different houses it was tough to see each other, they would normally call and talk for hours. "Yes! Even though I'm an Owlon I have to say. I'm so happy winter is coming along" Astra lightly groaned and Andrea tittered.

"It's so true! Are you going to be going to your home town in Ohio?" Andrea questioned, knowing her and her family were close. "I do plan to, I miss them, but I really hoped to see you, maybe one year you can visit with me" Astra's excitement raised up in her tone. Andrea laughed and sighed, "That would be cool, maybe if I get told to be there for work".

Astra and Andrea were close, despite them in different houses and the inability to talk in person. They always call at least 3 times a week when they both aren't occupied. "That would just be a coincidence, maybe next year, I can tell my parents about it and even Asher and Ryker could come" Astra planned to invite all of them.

She planned to ask her parents for next year, to bring a couple of friends to see her hometown. Astra enjoyed their attention, and whenever they would study together it would end up for them to catch up.

"Are you sure your family will be fine with all 4 of us coming over, including you?" Andrea made sure her family would be ok with it. "Of course! We have 2 spare bedrooms for family or friends!" Astra told Andrea.

Astra and Andrea talked for a little bit longer until Andrea heard a knock at her door, it was Asher and Ryker who plopped down on her bed. "Sorry Astra I got two man children that need attending, I'll text you tomorrow" Andrea said and hung up the phone.

"We aren't man children" Asher whined, "I am the oldest". "Well you jumped on my bed last year and Ryker- well he isn't one" Andrea said playing with their hair.

Asher rolled his eyes and plopped down on the bed, it was nearly 12 in the morning, the two girls talked for nearly 2 hours. "Guys I hate to tell you but I am exhausted, so can I please go to sleep?" Andrea groaned and rubbed her eyes. That is when Ryker used his wand to bring a couple more blankets from his room and a small bed.

"We planned this without you, but decided it's been forever. Time to sleep, Asher is sleeping with you and I don't need to see that" Ryker joked at the end and Andrea smacked him softly on the head.

Ryker rubbed the place Andrea hit him and went on the small inflatable bed, "How did you even plan this and I wasn't involved?". Andrea didn't argue because she knew there was no way of changing their minds. "You were calling Astra, so we made it up, you're welcome" Asher said and plumped down next to Andrea.

She groaned and turned her back to them, "Guys I'm not kidding I nearly had an endless night yesterday, and Asher don't even think about your arms on my waist!". The boys laughed and Ryker was louder than Asher's; his was more of a soft chuckle.

Andrea reached over for her ring and placed it on, she had gone about nearly a month without it on and just wanted to be safe for them. "You've been wearing the ring less and less, is your training finished?" Asher questioned. Andrea rolled on her back and replied, "Not at all, at most I can only go 3 months, with no harm in my way, I still have a long way to go".
