Fight to The... Home?

They sat Andrea down with her back against the wall. Her eyes continued to flicker and they wouldn't stop; they knew she was trying to stop her powers but the stronger they got both of them knew it wouldn't be easy to stop.

"You have to go... please leave I can't hurt you guys" Andrea's voice cracked for once, "You guys have to either get the gem(she took a great inhale)... or leave, just leave". "Andrea we can't go on without you, you have fought off your powers way too many times to go down now, please... we must be close right?" Asher looked to Ryker who kneeled next to him, but back at Andrea's face, "Right?".

"We don't know Asher, so it's why I'm telling you to go because I've been hearing a voice in my head that's taking over, I can't fight it anymore and can't keep putting you in that danger" Andrea said as her eyes flickered to a quick brown but then a longer red.

"Andrea, you know you can calm down but we can't just leave you here alone, what happens if it does happen and we won't see you again?" Ryker said, taking her other hand and intertwining his fingers. "Then it'll happen, but I believe you guys could do it only if you want to, but my powers are only a burden right now that I can't get rid of".

"All you need to find is the last gem and no matter how long it takes I believe you'll find me" Andrea took her hands away from both of them and slightly sat up.

"But what if something happens to you if we do get your powers under control? What if your body completely shuts down?" They were both thinking the same thing. "No matter what I promise you this, I will always come back no matter the time, I did in my first year and it's a corruption, it's happened before".

"Promise you'll stay?" Ryker said as she nodded her head in response. Andrea stood up despite her eyes still flickering, and they thought she was fine. They then felt a strong hand on both of their chest's that pushed them through the room across.

"It's now or never!" They heard Andrea's deep voice and then a scream of her's from the other side. Some walls came crashing down and she made sure they were able to continue on.

"No Andrea!" Asher banged onto the wall, "Asher that's enough we know she did this for a reason and we will find the gem and give it back to her no matter how long it takes". "Then let's get going before her corruption really gets bad," Asher and Ryker glanced at the wall then themselves; they dashed off.

"So what do you think is going to be the next task?" Asher asked as they made their own turns and lit their own way. "I don't know and I don't care, I just want to get this over with" Ryker and them were both in the same boat.

"Same, but that isn't what's important, what's important is that we find the gem and get back to Andrea before the full corruption is complete, we don't have time to lose," said Asher as Ryker nodded his head and they continued to run through the hallway and through the turns. "Mobs, of course it's something easy" Asher spinned his wand in his hand and shot down some.

Ryker did the same as they continued to dodge the mobs attacks and make it to their advantage to run away from them. "We still have to figure out what is going to happen with Andrea! If the full corruption does happen, how are we going to save her? We aren't just going to leave her are we?" Ryker asked as he killed a massive spider. "Of course we aren't leaving her! We have to figure out what we need to do, all I'm hoping for is that she isn't under the control of whoever she was talking about" Asher said as they got themselves back to back in a corner.

"I think it was her powers clouding her mind, it couldn't have been anything else, and who knows how long she can fight it off before her body completely dies out!" yelled Ryker.

"She can hold on...! Or at least continue to overcome and by that time we will hopefully be able to get the gem and finish the ring for her" Asher grunted as he killed off multiple mobs. "Let's go" Ryker nodded his head as they continued to run through the next hallway. It was a long one with mobs popping out for slots left and right.
