A/N: if u saw the original Chapter 28 no u didn't! I'm prolonging this actually to fill gaps... I was lazy & just suddenly wanted to finish it... I'm sorry but for the few you know how it ends but don't spoil it but... I promise I'll try making less gaps! Also thank you all for getting me on #1 on rubyxweisd

Ruby lightly knocked on the door where Yang sat on the other side, "Hey Yang, it's me Ruby." Nobody answered her so she continued, "I'm just here to check up on you and... talk to you... We're all going through tuff times right now after everything and it's okay, people heal differently. Blake misses you by the way, she came over and asked me to talk to you. She loves you, you know? Everyone is worried about you."

Silence. Ruby sighed. "I'm coming in." Ruby opened the door seeing Yang staring at the TV. "You're going to get bed sores from staying in bed so long." Ruby joked.

"Have you moved at all?" She asked.

"To go to the bathroom." Yang replied weakly.

"And to eat?" Ruby added.

Yang looked to the floor, she felt ashamed and her stomach did hurt and feel empty. She could feel it slowly eating itself. She didn't feel moving or that it was severe though, she was aware of the effects but there was no motivation to drive it. Blake wasn't even her motivation anymore.

Ruby dragged her hand through her hair frustratingly. "My hair grew a bit longer if you haven't noticed." She pointed at her hair. "I kinda like it but I'll probably cut it after awhile... We should get haircuts together."

Ruby waited for Yang's answer, staring at her to say something again. She turned to watch what Yang was which wasn't interesting. "It's hard seeing you be like this you know? You're always so strong, never giving up and now you have... I know you know that Blake would do anything for you, and I mean anything and you're just going to let this ruin your relationship? After years together?" Ruby huffed. "Just as she's said, I understand you're dealing with it and no I don't want to guilt trip you into acting better, but you're not even trying for remnant sake!"

She waited a bit before sighing. "I got to go, I'm meeting up with Pyrrha." She stopped at the door way. "Consider what I said please."

...

"Hey Pyrrha!" Ruby waved lazily as she sat down across from her. They decided to meet up at a local coffee shop since they both needed caffeine in their system.

"Hey Ruby, how's it going?" Pyrrha asked.

Ruby groaned before letting her head rest on the table. "Exhausting! Yang broke up with Blake and now Blake's staying over which I'm semi-happy about, she's fun, and Weiss is staying over too."

"Schnee?"

Ruby picked her head up and nodded. "I don't know why so please don't ask."

Pyrrha hummed. "I got you a coffee by the way, extra sugar."

"Huh?" Ruby looked to her side seeing it besides her. "Crap, sorry. Thank you though." She took a sip of her drink.

"It's no problem." Pyrrha grinned.

"So rude of me, uh, how is it going?" Ruby asked as she started chugging her drink.

"It's good, me and that Jaune guy have recently been talking actually." She spilled.

"Oooo~ do you like him?" Ruby smirked.

Pyrrha shrugged. "He likes someone already and so do I so." She gave a weak smile.

"Dang, well not everyone you meet you're supposed to date." Ruby dragged her hand down her face. "Uh, I'm so sorry that I'm not mentally prepared currently or... physically but you're okay still right? After the whole..." Ruby gestured around.

"Again, it's fine." She sweetly said, "And it was defense, I had too... instead of him it would of been you."

"I want to say I'm glad I wasn't but eh... Sorry- Sorry! Um... How's Nora and Sun?" Ruby asked.

"Their fine, I haven't heard from them really, I think their just waiting to get back to helping out." Pyrrha informed.

Ruby hummed. "I'm glad everyone is okay, I really am."

"I know." Pyrrha smiled. "Everything will be alright soon."

"I sure hope so." Ruby mumbled.

...

Ruby entered her house after chatting more with Pyrrha, she was the sunlight out of everything. Maybe even the cheeriest one if she took out Nora.

She heard chattering in the living room and headed to it to check it out to see Blake and Weiss talking about the whole bombing incident and how to fix it, they didn't even seem like they were aware of her presence.

"Oh, Ruby you're back!" Weiss announced.

"Indeed I am." Ruby grinned, her mask falling right back.

"How'd the talk go with Yang?" Blake asked, hope filled her eyes on hearing something good.

"Uh..." She sat down on a chair. "She didn't really talk..." She rubbed the back of her neck.

"I figured." Blake sighed disappointedly. "It's fine, I'll talk to her tomorrow as well."

"Sorry..." Ruby mumbled.

"Also um... Sorry about earlier on saying you... smelled." Weiss cleared her throat. "It was rude of me considering you're battling depression, and when doing so it hard to take care of yourself."

Ruby smiled, an actual smile. "It's fine, I needed to hear it, and I was planning too since you came over but it's good. I felt fresh after it and like I was reborn!"

Weiss couldn't help but blush and looked away, trying her best to hide it.

Blake rolled her eyes at the two of them. It was so obvious they liked each other it was painful, it distracted her from Yang but it was equally as painful because of how stupid they were.
