Weiss: Good, I didn't want to seem to forceful. Thank you also.

Ruby: Np ;). Also what's the Weiss Schnee doing on here?

Ruby cringed at how she reminded herself of Yang by the way she typed to Weiss. It was funny but was most likely the wrong path to take with someone who's part of the upper class.

Weiss: And why should I tell u that?

Ruby: It's okay if you don't! Just curious really.. & why you would type me no less...

Weiss would admit that her text may of came off rude, but in her view it really wasn't Ruby's business.

Weiss: It's fine. My sister mentioned it.

Ruby: Really!? Mine too! She wanted me to find a partner but I'm really just making friends atm XD

Weiss: I guess we're on the same boat?

Ruby: I guess so :(. But u really should of pretended to be someone else :T

Weiss: I really should have, but that would end up breaking someone's trust right away don't you think? They are talking to someone "else" and not me, it's a lie that nobody likes to be apart of.

Ruby: True.. Aren't you busy?

Weiss: Yes but I'm on break right now so don't worry.

Ruby: I'm just heading to work.. You work pretty early huh?

Weiss: Yes, It's more common when running your own business.

Ruby: I just have my workers open the shop for me sometimes like today

Ruby: Do you hate working there?...

Weiss: That's a pretty intrusive question Ms. Rose.

Ruby: Sorry. I uh gtg ttyl! :)

Weiss sighed turning off her phone placing it on her desk. She leaned relaxed against her leather chair staring at her desk.

"The first conversation and she's already having an affect on my thoughts." Weiss groaned.

She didn't hate her job as much as people would think, she could make the biggest changes and almost everyone would follow. The bigger the company the greater it's power and Weiss was lucky enough to be born into it and she knew she was.

She was also the only one who could change the whole fate of her world. She controlled one of the greatest and powerful army to exist with Ironwood by her side.

He was getting old and did plan to step down next year to allow Winter to take his place which everyone agreed with to a certain degree. Women in power weren't the most accepted, there was a riot when Weiss declared she was outwardly bisexual even. The slightest chance she had a women by her side then it would ruin everything in others eyes.

She was obviously attacked repeatedly with people saying it was a faze or she was just confused and didn't understand her own feelings towards things. She ignored them regardless and pressed on.

Weiss looked to her right as she saw her family portrait she resented. Her dad, mom, sister, her, and her brother were in it.

They didn't look happy because they weren't happy during the painting. It wasn't a fond memory since her parents argued right after it.

Weiss scooted close to her desk to read her file that she didn't read last night. Work emotionally drained her but it was needed,

A flash of her calling Ruby "Ms. Rose" appeared in her head making her groan and blush. She felt so stupid for calling a stranger online that. It wasn't as if they were discussing business either, she was just trying to get to know her.

And Weiss didn't even know what "ttyl" even meant. Did people frequently say that? All she knew was that apparently it was something you say when saying bye.

She did also have to admit it was quite dumb of her for not at least hiding her identity as well. That was a big mistake with how consistent her phone buzzed with gold diggers or people who wanted to be in the spot light.

Yet she herself didn't understand why she messaged Ruby as well. Nothing was quite special about her either, as much as she could tell she was just a normal person.
