Ruby: Heyyyyy :)
Weiss: Hi.
Ruby: Something wrong? :(
Weiss: No, everything is fine don't worry.
Ruby: Okay :) hey I need your opinion on something.
Weiss: ?
Ruby: So do you think three years is to soon to propose to someone?
Weiss: Depends.
Ruby: Yang and Blake
Weiss: Hm.. Well it depends on them not my opinion, you're supposed to do it when it's the right time and the right person aren't you?
Ruby: Yeah but she's kinda anxious and I wanted a second opinion.. I'll tell her what you told me to reassure her :)
Weiss: Okay. Tell them I think their a beautiful couple also.
Ruby: Alright :)
Weiss placed her phone on her desk faced down as she focused on her report she got from Ciel. She sighed as she skimmed the paper and put it aside as she glanced up staring at nothing particular.
A small smile creeped on her face as she remembered the fond memory of meeting Blake. The situation was serious as they discussed but the moment Yang bursted in like a firework everything seemed to calm down.
She remembered how disheveled she appeared as she approached Blake just to put a paper bag on the table they sat at with other business men and women. She apologized after profusely and Blake just stared at Yang and thanked her even though such an act would embarrass anyone else. Weiss and everyone ended up finding out that Blake left her lunch at home and Yang brought it and only came in because she missed Blake and to bring it back.
A finger laid on her bottom lip as she sat back in her office chair and she couldn't help but chuckle. If that was what love actually was like- being someone's soulmate she wanted exactly that. She wanted to be interrupted in a meeting just for her partner to come in because they missed her or because she left something at home. Obviously if it was extremely important they would sit outside and wait patiently with it in their arms or just sit there waiting to see her.
She turned in her chair, her back facing the door as she stared outside through the window. She didn't strongly desire to have this but it was a thoughtful wish to have.
Weiss's office door was opened and she quickly turned around as she felt a presence standing at the door frame. She saw it was her sister who looked a bit annoyed.
"Winter?" Weiss asked raising an eyebrow at her sister.
"Robyn asked me out." She said approaching a chair in front of Weiss's desk and sat down with her arms and legs crossed.
"Congrats, but what's wrong." Weiss asked focusing on Winter. Not to long ago Winter confessed to her that she might like women and told her about Robyn, a blonde haired women who was tan. She was currently taking a seat in the council along with Winter since Ironwood was put in jail. The worse part that Winter hated was that she was extremely good at reading people, she paid attention to every micro expression someone gave and could rat someone out in an instant.
"I slapped her and said no." She sighed face palming.
"Winter..." Weiss trailed off.
"I know. I just froze and she's just so... ugh! I hate how she can read me like a book and I just can't. I know I shouldn't be coming to you because you have your own problems but I needed to tell someone of my stupidity and I have a sister in front of me so." Winter confessed.
