The Sky's Plan For Us

Chapter Nine

We fixed our problem naman din. I went sa kitchen to cook dinner for us. Sumunod naman siya sa'kin and just watched me cook. He was just staring at me, by now I think he was looking at my every move.

"You can sit down and wait na lang." I told him.

"We're okay na diba?" He asked.

"Of course, 'yun lang naman kanina problem natin diba?" I asked him. Hindi naman pa kami but we did had problems, mostly caused ng ibang tao.

"Yes." He simply said. He didn't leave the kitchen and he continued watching me cook. "Do you need help?"

"I'm fine. Lagyan mo lang ng ice 'yung cheeks mo."  I said. Namamaga parin kasi cheeks niya.

I was just cooking adobo 'cause 'yun ang request niya. I asked him kasi what food would he like. Lumapit siya lalo sa'kin and he just continued staring.

"Do you need anything?" I asked him.

"Wala naman. Bakit ka pala nasa UST kanina?" He asked.

"Yinaya ako ni Liv. Plus you told me you missed me." I explained.

"Ikaw? Didn't you miss me?" He asked smirking.

"I did." I said softly. He smiled at that.

Hinihintay nalang namin maluto 'yung food. He was just beside me kaya humarap ako sakaniya at tinitigan ko siya.

"What?" He asked.

I hugged him. Nagulat naman siya sa ginawa ko. "No more fighting." I told him. He then hugged me back. Hindi naman kami nag-away but it seemed and looked that way.

"Hmm, you're scary when you shout." He then chuckled.

"Nainis ako sayo kanina!" I laughed at him.

"I'm sorry." He said chuckling. We were still hugging.

"No more hiding things, Sky." I told him as I look at him.

"I promise."

"I'm sorry that my ex punched you." I apologized.

"Mas malala sapak ko sakaniya, Claire." We both laughed with that.

We broke the hug at inayos ko 'yung pagkain. Siya naman nag-ayos ng dining table. We both ate naman. Thankfully we were fine na. After an hour nagpaalam naman na rin siya since may pasok pa bukas.

"I'll go home na." He said.

"Okay, ingat ka." I told him. Kesa naman umalis tinitigan niya pa ako. "Huy, tama na kakatitig."

"Ang ganda mo." He said.

"Bolero! Late na, go na!" I laughed at him.

"Bye, love." Paalam niya.

"Love? Hindi pa tayo!" I said as I chuckled.

"Hintayin mo lang." He said and laughed.

"Ingat ka. Text me when you get home." I said softly and smiled at him.

"Yes ma'am." He smiled back.

The next few days balik sa pagiging busy sa school. But finally another week ended. Flight nila mommy mamaya and they want me to go home for dinner tomorrow.
