The next day came and the serial killer known as Bête Noire is still on the loose. Government officials have raised the bounty up to $600,000 in hopes someone rises up and takes her out. The Dreemurr children, plus Andy are figuring out a plan to kill her. Still not knowing, Develyn and Asriel believe Frisk should take care of her. Frisk has powers that no other human has.

Develyn still has plans to take care of Bête Noire himself to see if the information IS outdated. He does know about the prophecy, but he's getting ahead of himself.

The four kids were out in the backyard, hanging around, doing relatively nothing.

"So, with the town working hard to get rid of the criminal, what area of refuge would you think is controversial?" Develyn asked.

"Mom says the school is controversial. I mean, there are kids there. Dark and Dawn are gone twice a week, doing summer programs. The Arena, I think, is controversial. She'll have a hayday. I think the mountain is the best place," Asriel explained.

"Asriel does make a fair point. The mountain has a lot of zones, so Bête Noire will have a hard time finding a ton of humans," Frisk explained.

"Why do you think there are three zones, though? Before you guys were released, this town had a population of fifty thousand. With you guys around, it's up to seventy thousand, and that population is due to skyrocket soon. Monsters have found homes elsewhere in Colorado, as well as Nebraska and Kansas. They have three zones because they might not fit everyone into one area," Develyn explained.

"Fair point, Dev," Asriel added.

"They should've been more strategic. I'm not sure the school would fit that many people, let alone the Svalbard Arena," Frisk added.

"Let's just wait see when she does a large scale attack. I don't even know when that is, to be honest," Develyn added.

Not once did Andy tune into the conversation. Instead, he was making a rock down the distance roll randomly to him. The rock eventually reached him, which confused Asriel.

"I don't recall that rock being by your foot," Asriel added.

"It's because I moved it," Andy answered.

"You never even got out of your spot, Andy," Frisk added.

Andy sighed. "Maybe, I should speak from the truth. I'm different, like all of us, but I'm a special kind. Like Frisk, I have a special power, but it didn't start manifesting until she ran off to the mountain," Andy explained.

"What did this power involve?" Develyn asked.

"When I dream, I dream that I'm an extremely powerful wizard, competing among the likes of Voldemort, Harry Potter, Albus Dumbledore, and Gellert Grindlewald," Andy explained.

This stunned the other three kids.

"Something is up with that," Asriel noted.

"I don't know. Dangerous spells that can maim or vanquish my opponent. From the likes of the Killing Curse to the Fiend Fyre," Andy added.

"Those are complex spells, as well," Develyn added.

"Andy, I don't know if this is right for you, but you need your SOUL analyzed. We should probably head over to Gaster's tomorrow to see what's going on," Frisk added.

"What will the process involve?" Andy asked.

"First they take a small sample of your blood. They use that to upload it to the computer, which takes a few minutes. After that, the results are read. From there, powers can be detected, as well as where in your family you got those powers from. I had a test like that done three years ago. Before then, I didn't know I was a powerful Dragonborn with masterful skills in telekinesis," Develyn explained.

"I guess I should. I'm a bit scared though," Andy added.

"This test will be quick. We'll go with you, so you won't feel alone," Develyn added.

"Thanks, Dev," Andy noted.

Andy went to tell Toriel what was going on. She feels slightly relieved that another kid wasn't gonna have to be trained by her to use magic, but she's also worried how powerful of a wizard he might be to the point his spells will start doing more damage than what's intended.

Toriel also agrees about the decision of Andy going to Gaster tomorrow for an analysis of his SOUL.

"You need it. If you're staying here, we gotta know what you're like," Toriel noted.

Andy soon demonstrated more of his magical ability. It is unknown if it's telekinesis, or something else hidden. Other things were beginning to take form also, like things randomly turning on. Toriel thought a ghost wandered in and starting haunting the Dreemurrs, but Andy cleared up that as his own doing.

The day soon came to an end. Andy realizes that his potential may be unlocked soon, which could possibly mark Bête Noire's days numbered.
