The next day came around and the battle between Develyn and Bête Noire was done and dusted. Develyn nearly had Bête Noire killed when Bête regained her strength. Needless to say, it was a stalemate, but Develyn calls it a victory.

Develyn knows that fight will likely come down to Andy and Frisk, but he has this strong superstition that Andy is gonna be a part of the fight with Bête Noire. His wizardry levels are extreme. Develyn also has a superstition that a large scale attack conducted by Bête Noire will take place in around a week.

However, things were different for today. Andy has plans of taking Frisk to their former home. After the attack that costed Andy his parents, the home has never been touched. Develyn and Asriel have plans to visit as well.

Andy was soon talking to his sister about visiting a place they use to call home.

"Hey, Frisk. Mind if I talk to you about something?" Andy asked.

"Sure, what is it?" Frisk asked.

"Look, I was wondering if we could go back and visit home," Andy answered. Frisk was confused at first, until she realized the word. Andy is referring to the home that she and her brother use to live in until Frisk ran off to Mount Ebott in 2015 and Andy fleeing from death back in May.

"Why would you wanna do that? I mean, if our parents are dead, then there are dead bodies still sitting there," Frisk explained.

"I doubt it. The coroner would've likely removed the bodies anyway," Andy added.

"I mean... If it's something we're gonna do before one of us dies, then I guess," Frisk added.

The kids soon grouped up and went to the old home Naturita, CO.

"Here's home, or what use to be," Andy noted.

"My gosh, what a mess," Frisk noted.

"Yup... She caused a bunch of damage before I left," Andy added.

The door was brutall broken to where the door was nearly off the hinges, half of the wood was gone. Inside, things were even worse. Windows were broken, leaving piles of glass everywhere. Blood was staining the carpet near the kitchen. The living room was in total disarray. Couches were overturned, and the TV was broken. The cord for the TV was disconnected, but it was rather forcefully than controlled.

"Oh my gosh. I've never seen it like this before," Frisk noted.

"This is awful," Asriel added

"Well, I guess I can give you a tour," Andy noted. "This use to be living room, I guess you can tell because of the overturned couch. This was the kitchen. Obviously, the table is destroyed."

"What's with the trail of blood?" Develyn asked.

"Uhh," Andy asked. Noting the trail of blood that went straight to a room. The four children followed the trail of blood. The blood went straight into a bedroom.

"Oh my, gosh. My bed is still intact!" Frisk exclaimed.

"Our father always believed you were still alive when you climed the mountain, so he never bothered to disassemble your bed and give it to someone who really needed a bed. Even after the barrier broke, he still had this superstition," Andy explained.

"Not much damage in here, apart from a broken screen," Develyn added.

"Yeah, that was me. I literally broke through it with brute force. Before my father died, he told me to run as far as I can, and as fast I can," Andy explained. They soon had a peek in the room in front of them. "This was our parents' room. We were never allowed to go in there, unless we needed something."

"Weird rule... But OK," Asriel added. After the tour was over, the kids were back in the kitchen.

"I imagine this house was full of life until Frisk freed the Monsters," Develyn noted

"It was," Andy added. "Once Frisk ran away, my mother and I believed that she climbed the mountain. And well, you knew the legend. People who climb Mount Ebott never return. Once the barrier was shattered, I assumed that she was gone forever, because her SOUL was used to shatter the barrier."

"I mean, that was mostly because of my father's dark mentality. After I died, he said in a clear statement that every human who fell was gonna meet a grim fate. However, that was never the case. Yes, he did say that, but he never killed anyone. Flowey did," Asriel explained.

Develyn was scanning the wall of he kitchen. He noticed a part of the wallpaper beginning to peel. Develyn peeled the wallpaper off.

"Dev, what are you doing?" Andy asked.

"This wallpaper was strange. Now, it's even more strange. This looks like a door," Develyn answered. The door didn't have a doorknob. Andy and Frisk were even more confused, cause they never recalled that door being there. Out of curiosity, Develyn opened the door. It led to a dark room. The stairway to the door was severely unstable, as the wood began to rot. "One at a time down the stairs. I don't want anyone getting hurt."

One by one, the kids reached the downstairs of the dark room. Andy lit his wand .

"It's so dark in here," Asriel noted.

"Stick close to the light," Andy added. Upon further exploration, the kids soon stumbled upon a dragon wall.

"These runes... They're in draconic," Develyn noted, as he's the only individual who can understand the runes of the dragon.

"Maybe you can translate it for us," Asriel added.

"That's what I'm doing... And... Oh my gosh," Develyn noted.

"What does it say?" Andy asked.

"It says that, "A distant relative of Copper Lightvale will be the one capable of taking down the Black Beast." It also says , "When multiplied, LOVE, VENGEANCE, and PURITY, will deliver the most deadliest combination if these are in OVERFLOW, with one in Total OVERFLOW. This combination can render HATE useless,"" Develyn explained.

Andy soon realized that things are lining up for him, but he decided to keep his mouth shut, as he doesn't want Frisk to know.

"I didn't know that dragon walls can form a prophecy," Asriel noted.

"This isn't a prophecy. This is actually the gravesite of Copper Lightvale. Once they found his body, they buried him here, and they communicated to the dragons. I'm guessing a powerful mage who initiates prophecies added this," Develyn explained.

"Why would they build a house under a gravesite of a historical figure?" Andy asked.

"I don't know," Develyn added. The kids soon emerged from the downstairs Andy was confused as to if he's related to Copper Lightvale, or not, but things are being set up for him. He has a ton of LOVE, his VENGEANCE is at a Borderline state, and his PURITY is climbing at an alarming rate. The kids soon teleported back home.

Andy soon went to Gaster's lab for more information.

"Just you? What's up?" Gaster asked.

"I need to dive into my family history, cause I think something is up," Andy answered.

"Sure thing. Lemme get your file loaded up," Gaster noted. Gaster loaded the file up on his computer. Gaster was a bit shocked when Andy's Purity reached 80%. He soon looked at Andy's family tree. There was the notable relative, Inigo Fuente Marrero, but Gaster had to go back before the common era. There, he found it. Andy and Frisk were indeed related to Copper Lightvale, but as cousins many times removed.

Things were becoming concrete. Andy is the one that's gonna take down Bête Noire. Frisk is gonna be the sibling that passes. Andy has to pretend he doesn't know this information, and he's quite good at pretending things.

Andy soon left the lab and went back home. He was abnormally quiet for the rest of the day. He soon talked Develyn into their room before their occlumency lesson began.
