The next day came by, and today was the day that Andy was due to begin his occlumency lessons. Bête Noire is quite a master of Legilimency herself, as she can create hallucinations of dead people the attacker once loved so she can gain the upper advantage on them.

She almost had it work on Develyn twice, but he was ready for what's to come with what was going on. For Andy, it's gonna be difficult, since he is gonna have his trained, this was because Develyn was going to be training him.

Andy and Develyn were in the basement of the Dreemurr household. The basement was drab and lacked life. The only functioning room was a bathroom. All of the other rooms were completely empty.

A few of Andy's lessons have taken place here, but some destructive spells have to be done at Timberfield Park to prevent damage to the house.

"OK. So, as you may know, Bête Noire is skilled at Legilimency, which is the art of reading minds, seeking rather... disturbing memories. What you need to do is control them, prevent your mind from being peered into. The art of this is called Occlumency, or closing your mind off from external control.

"Of course, I don't have the ability to cast magic like you, so I'll shout a spell similar. It's your objective to prevent me from peering into your mind, revealing these haunting memories, as well as hallucinations, which what she's gonna do," Develyn explained.

"How hard is this?" Andy asked.

"The most famous wizard wasn't skilled at Occlumency, leaving his mind vulnerable by Voldemort," Develyn answered. "There are many ways to block this. Obviously, the LOVE within your SOUL can do a number, especially if your LOVE exceeds your HATE. As Gaster mentioned, LOVE and VENGEANCE go hand in hand with one another, so it's definitely gonna be hard for her to reach your mind if these two powerhouses work together."

"Right... Let's begin," Andy noted.

"It's gonna be long... Trust me... KORAAV! VOKUL VAHRUKT!" Develyn shouted. This new shout Develyn learned by himself was enough to start peeking into Andy's memories, but it started off on the wrong path. It showed the most recent disturbing memory of Andy losing his parents. Andy opted to stop, but the shout wore off.

"That's too much. How in the world am I gonna do this?!" Andy asked.

"If you can't repel the attacks, you can't conjure a true Patronus. A true Patronus requires finding the most happiest memory. Try finding that first," Develyn added. Develyn shouted again, Andy was able to repel the haunting memory of losing his memories and it turned into a more pleasant one of Andy and Frisk when they were younger. The attack soon ended.

"That was better," Andy noted.

"See? You're getting the hang of it. Now that that's out of the way, it comes down to wiping your mind blank, that way the attacker has nothing to do with you," Develyn added. Develyn tried again. Andy was at the happy memory in a heartbeat, but the memory was soon purged from his mind. Leaving the attack useless. "Excellent, your mind is blank. I'm gonna try again to see if anything happens," Develyn noted. Another attack when threw, but the attempt was quickly suppressed.

"That's it? Give me more of it," Andy noted.

"Hehe. I guess it worked out," Develyn noted. There were a few more attacks to get Andy into the habit of deflecting the attacks, which worked.

Andy was feeling confident that this was gonna work. The lesson soon ended, since Develyn's attempts to pillage his mind failed. They were soon back upstairs. Andy was wondering if Bête Noire would be weak to the Legilimens spell.

"It won't hurt to try. Who knows, you might uncover something disturbing about her past," Develyn noted.

"That would be crazy to make her weaker than she actually is," Andy added.

The rest of day went on normally. Andy is becoming a more stronger wizard, as he taught a spell that actually reads minds. He obviously tried it at Develyn first, which failed. Toriel advised Andy to stop before he accidentally reveals the disturbing memories of Asirel and Frisk head on, and he especially didn't want to get on his sister's bad side.

The day soon came to a close, but of course, the next day always is a complete mystery...
