Develyn was still wandering downtown finding wounded citizens. He found many, and he told them to go to the Svalbard Arena. The Svalbard Arena was getting full, forcing emergency officals to tack on the school, as the summer programs haven't being going for a month since the dementor attack.

Develyn was wandering around, until he heard a call for help.

"HELP!" someone screamed. Develyn followed the call, which he soon stumbled a small family. In the alleyway, lied a set of parents, which one looked to be critically wounded, and someone was clutching them, and a child. "Oh my, God. Thank you. Thank you so much!"

"You're welcome. What's going on?" Develyn asked.

"Check to see if my wife is OK?" he asked.

Develyn did a pulse check, but there was no response. Develyn soon let out a deep sigh. "Sir... I'm sorry to say this... But she's gone," Develyn answered.

"No! NO! Why would they do this?!" he shouted.

"Calm down! I get you loved to her death and all, but it would've been best if you would've gone to the Arena to avoid this issue," Develyn added.

"I didn't know about that," he noted.

"What about him? Is he OK?" Develyn asked.

"Excuse him. He's deaf. I'm pretty sure he's fine," he noted. "Although, he's been noting some strange tremors underground, like an earthquake or something."

"I mean, we are not that far from a volcano," Develyn added.

"No, no. Like something more drastic," he noted.

"It's coming..." the kid mumbled.

"What's coming?" Develyn asked. A large cracking sound can be heard.

"It's here!" the kid exclaimed. Develyn soon turned around and saw a giant pink glob that immediately destroyed a building.

"By the Nine!" Develyn exclaimed. Develyn only had one thing to do, destroy it. He went after the glob, but the glob has a mind of it's own. Develyn was soon thrown to a building, taking serious damage. Develyn took some serious slashes. A part of it tried to sneak up and tried to kill him, but Develyn unleashed his shockwave, which defeated it. Develyn soon binded the thing in one place. Develyn kept attacking and exchanging blows, but the thing ended up throwing him across the street, where Develyn nearly fell headfirst. Develyn realized this thing is too stron for him to take down, but he had a surge of power and energy. He did a flurry of dangerous attacks in a sequence that was never seen before.

Some spells combined, like fire breath and telekinetic shockwave combining to form a fiery shockwave. The glob didn't stand the hits Develyns laid upon it. Develyn topped it off with the Drain Vitality shout. Develyn did another dangerous attack, which soon saw the thing blast apart.

Develyn soon helped the small family to the arena before heading home. Develyn was seriously injured, so he got checked out by the medical officials before he left.

Develyn soon entered the home and lied down on the couch.

"Oh, I'm glad you're OK," Toriel noted.

"Yeah... That was rough," Develyn answered.

"What happened?" Toriel asked.

"Too much, that's what happened. But I think that was her last attempt at her attacking the town. Her plans are thwarted at this point. There's nothing left for her to do," Develyen explained.

The rest of they day went on. It didn't take long until people realized that Bête Noire was the one behind the attack. Government officials raised her bounty to four million dollars. 50 people died from the attack, while hundreds were injured. The city was put into lockdown, and it would be that way until further notice. No one would be able to leave their homes, or even leave the city!

Frisk knew one more thing of doing, and that's to head over to the place where Monsters were once buried.
