Develyn has amassed a few wounded citizens and told them to gather around at the Svalbard, as the town recently announced that everyone is moving to the Svalbard Arena, where medical officials are present. Develyn was soon walking down the street of downtown until he caught sight of a human who was eeriely familar.

"You..." Develyn noted.

"So... We meet again," Chara noted.

"And I thought I killed you three years ago. I finished you off. You should be dead! Gone! Muerto!" Develyn exclaimed.

"Foolish Develyn. Necromancy is a practice is hardly observed nowadays. Maybe if you would've taken a bit of note of it you would realize that I'm not truly gone," Chara explained.

"Necromancy is barely mentioned because it was once banned AND it's frowned upon. People don't mess around with the dead. A ton of people have respect for them nowadays. Some people who mess with certain dead individuals meet grim fates," Develyn explained.

"Hehe. I guess it's true enough. I'm only here to do one thing, and that's to finish you off. I know I failed last time against you, but I could've won if it weren't for your excessive attacks. I know what they're like, so I should be ready," Chara explained.

"That's only the tip of the iceberg. I always differentiate!" Develyn responded with his battle form in effect. Chara immediately used her signature blade to finish Develyn off quickly, but Develyn blocked the incoming attack.

The two clashed blades for the first time in this second edition of the battle. Develyn used his telekinetic shockwave to lure Chara away, so he can charge at her.

"WULD! NAH KEST!" Develyn shouted. Develyn reached Chara at breakneck speed. Chara anticipated the attack and deflected it. Chara also had some new attacks, so she used them against. One of them was a replica of her "SOUL" rupturing apart. Develyn was shocked with the attack, but he deflected the attack.

Develyn soon breathed steam to lay a few hits on Chara. The steam was scalding hot as well, blinding Chara for a few seconds. Chara used the SOUL Rupture attack again, but Develyn was ready, as usual.

"RAAN! MIR TAH!" Develyn shouted.

"What was THAT?!" Chara asked. "Some kind of fluke shout?"

"Hehe, you'll see," Develyn added. Behind him came a ton of wild animals, ranging from predators to prey. Wolves, mountain lions, deer, you name it. Chara's eyes lit up at the sight.

"Oh crap..." Chara whispered.

"Surprised? I guess so," Develyn added. The animals served as a distraction, but Chara soon started fighting Develyn again. Develyn used another shout to bring the animals back to their normal habitat. Develyn soon breathed fire, which whittled Chara's health down even further.

The two were back to clashing blades, until Chara got Develyn airborne. Develyn couter attacked with binding Chara to the ground, delivering more dangerous blows on her. Chara got to Develyn again, but Develyn soon used a telekinetic spell where Chara was bound by Develyn's mind. Flinging building after building. Giving her serious injuries before slamming her onto the ground.

Chara thought she can handle Develyn more easier than last time, and with her being more powerful, she thought she could have a chance. But Develyn was more powerful. But Chara hopes to defeat Develyn with a large array of SOUL Rupture spells. Develyn was ready for them all. He soon realized that each one had a little spot where Develyn won't get hit at all. Develyn constantly changed his path, so he can get to Chara.

He then got o the end of the line.

"Guess what? You missed!" Develyn shouted.

"How?!" Chara asked.

"ZUN! HAAL VIIK!" Develyn shouted. Chara was once again disarmed. Develyn soon flung the knife in another direction. "I don't think so," Develyn mumbled, leaving Chara powerless.

Chara soon realized what was up.

"GAAN! LAH HAAS!" Develyn shouted. Chara's health, mana, and stamina quickly fell to a small value. Develyn soon teleported. Chara was so weak, she couldn't even stand on her own legs. She fell over. Develyn soon came to Chara at breakneck speed, blade exposed.

Develyn gave Chara serious gash across the midline of her body, which ended up killing her.

"Back to the graveyard with you," Develyn mumbled. Chara's "SOUL" shattered. Develyn didn't want to do anything with it, since he already had possession of Chara's SOUL through the Black SOUL Gem, the most powerful SOUL gem a Monster can wield, as it can only encase the SOUL of a human.

Develyn soon breathed fire again to burn Chara's remains, that way she won't be bothered again. He soon walked away the body that was in the middle of cremation and continued to help people around to the Svalbard Arena.

Develyn and Chara fought once again, but Develyn emerged victorious once more. A strong gust of wind blew away the ashes of what was once Chara Dreemurr, a former member of the royal family.
