I walked back to the dressing room like Craig told me to, to get de-greenifyed. I make my way to the door and their is a note that reads:Dear Tamsin,
I am busy at the moment but I have a special friend in their that is going to help you!Sincerely,
CraigI knock on the door and it is pulled open by the one and only Caroline Bowman! I stand still aghast and Caroline just laughs and ushers me into her dressing room. Since there is a show tonight Caroline is in her green makeup and her blue dress and blazer.
"Your Tamsin, right?" Asks Caroline and I nod, "good because if you weren't this would be a very awkward moment and all!"
Caroline smiles and says, "I am Caroline, Caroline Bowman. I am the person you will be replacing!"
Caroline laughs and I notice that her last phrase was meant as a joke so I laugh with her.
"I am Tamsin, Tamsin Gasper," I tell her, "but apparently you all ready new that?"
Caroline blushes (as much as possible underneath the green) and tells me, "Craig told me about you and asked if I could tell you how to de-Greenify."
I nod, "yeah, that would be nice," I smile and Caroline dose to while she leads me to her makeup counter.
"Okay so, what I do is I get some of this cream," she grabs a container and sets it down in front of me, "and glob it on my face."
I note what she said, "Cream. Glob. Face. Got it!"
Caroline smiles and continues, "after that I jump in the shower and most of it comes off except for the old green ears and hairline!"
I smile at Caroline and genuinely say, "Thank You!"
"No problem," Caroline replies, "if you need anything don't be afraid to ask. You are welcome to stay in here as long as you want or need to!"
"Thank you so much Car-" I am cut off by a woman's voice saying, "Places!"
"The show is starting!" Caroline says in a rush, "I have to go, you are welcome to use and of the soap in the shower, bye!"
I smile at Caroline's running figure. I take a look around her pink dressing room, their is a small couch and a spiny chair at the makeup table. I open up the make up remover stuff Caroline told me to use and glob it on my face just as Kyle walks in.
Lately, Kyle haven't been... Himself. Kyle has been very quite and his snappy remarks are quite less frequent. Not to mention the constant brush of his hand through his hair! I mean seriously, it is like the guy needs to make sure he looks perfect but instead he messes up his hair!
Kyle walks up to me and smiles slightly while brushing his hand through his hair. I eye him suspiciously but let the thought I had in my head float away as I lather more cream on my face.
"What's that?" Kyle points to the cream and I pick up the container with my non-creamed hand and read aloud, "heavy Make up remover cream, apparently."
"Ummm Tamsin," I look at Kyle who swipes his hand through his hair,
"Yes?" I note how nervous Kyle looks. Kyle sighs and says, "I got tickets with my friend to see Mamma Mia and he got sick and can't go so I was wondering if you would like to go?"
I grin at Kyle, " I would love too! When is it?" Kyle thinks for a moment looking quite relived, "tomorrow at 7:00 but since there is a Wicked show tomorrow night we get to leave early from rehearsal so we should be able to make it!" I smile at how ecstatic Kyle looks. He looks like a boy at Christmas!"If you will excuse me," I say, "I have to take a shower to get this off," I gesture to my green and Kyle nods, "Yeah, sure, see you at rehearsal!" Kyle leaves and I sigh wile melting on to the make up counter and looking into the mirror.
I jump in the shower and the green on my hands come off easily. One thing I noticed is that THE SHOWER IS GREEN from so many Elphaba's taking showers in here! I rub soap on my face which feels rough but I let that though pass while I start humming.
"The most beautiful thing in the world
The most beautiful thing in the world
The most beautiful thing in the world
That I know
I know!"I find a towel and rap it around my body and dry myself. I ring my hair out over the showers drain and rap the towel around my long frizzy hair. I put my grey skirt and tank top on and walk into the dressing room and hand the green undergarments I was wearing back on a hanger. I put my hair in a massy bun and grab my bag and phone. I take a small glance in the mirror and do a double take. I walk up to the looking glass and take in my appearance. My skin is stained green in some places and still mostly completely green all over! Saying I 'freaked out' is an understatement! I just stared in the mirror until Craig came in and looked at me.
"Your green," Craig states like it isn't obvious.
"I know!" I look at Craig frantically, "it will not come off!""Let me look at you," Craig walks up to me and looks at my face. He picks at a pice of green skin and I flakes off, "the girl, Katie must have used the wrong base! I have to do the second act make up for Caroline but you stay here."
"Where els do I have to go?" I question. Caroline bounces into the room and I am sitting on the couch next to her dresser Kathy (or something like that). Caroline glances at me then goes to get her robe which she immediately drops and turns around to look at me, "your green!" She states. "I know." I answer.
Caroline sits down to get her second act make up on and she asks Craig, "why is she green?" Craig sighs and looks at my hopeful expression.
"I'm not sure, I think it is the base Katie used on her, it flaked off a bit but we couldn't just try to flake all of it off..."
I sigh and Craig turns to look at me,
"You should call Katie," Craig suggests. I nod and pick up my phone.(A.n: I am doing this part script style)
Tamsin: Hello, Katie?
Katie: Hello? Could I ask who's calling?
Tamsin: Oh, Sorry, it is Tamsin Gasper from earlier...
Katie: Oh, hi Tamsin!
Tamsin: well the green isn't coming off... Craig was wondering what the base was that you used...
Katie: I used the base in the clear container, the one with a black lid...
Tamsin: Okay, thank you!
I hung up and turned to Craig, "She said she used the base in the clear container with a black lid..." Craig dropped the brush he was holding and Caroline caught it, "What is it?" Caroline asks. Craig swallows and looks at me, "she used Spirt gum glue."
(A.n: hopefully that was a nice last note 😂 sorry for the cliff hanger! I promise I will update soon. New York was amazing! Matilda was so good!!! Wicked was phenomenal!!! I went to the stage door and Matt Shengledecker (I know I spelled that wrong) completely skipped the side of the stage door I was at and went to the other side. I was so tempted to reenact No Good Dead! I would Be like, "FIYEROOOOOOOOOOO!" I didn't. When the security guy said no one els was coming out I was devastated but then Kara Linsay walked out and I thought I would fall to the ground. I was shaking so bad, you had no idea! I walked up to Kara Linsay and said, "you have no idea how much this means to me! I watch your think pink videos obsessively and I look you to you so much! Thank you so much you did amazing tonight!!!!!" Then I hugged her. She looked so touched by me and smiled really big when I took a picture with her, she didn't smile that big with any of the other people she took photos with. She also signed my wicked book! When we where talking my mom asked her "whey didn't you use her frog name ideas?" And you could see everyone els around us faces morph into confusion it was quite funny! I said," she probably didn't see it mom, I commented on YouTube so she probably didn't see it but I love the frogs names!" Kara asked, "what were they?" And I said, "I counted you should name them frog names like Rover or something." And she laughed and said, "well it's Granny's fault she choose the names!" When she turned and left my mom would have freaking followed her if I didn't drag her the opposite way!
Have a good day/night my lovely pandas 🐼
