Update about my Theater competition:

I got a splinter in my foot from the stage in the first scene when I ran off stage in my tights without shoes. I had to run on and off the stage in fight scenes for the rest of the show. Right now I am sitting, waiting for results. We can't take the splinter out because my feet are so dirty and my mom doesn't want it to get infected.

GUESS WHO GOT THE WORST AWARD YOU COULD GET 😡😭😡😭?!?!?! ME THATS WHO!!!!!

I don't know how to feel.... The people in my cast that stuttered and were quite got a better award than me 😥.

My mom say that the girl who got best actress was horrible in her 1 act play but I think she is trying to make me feel better.....

My mom also said that she thinks the judge gave the people with no experience a better award than the people with experience to make them feel better.... But like I said I think she is just try to make me feel better.....

I must say I think this was one of my best performances and being able to say I did my best with wood lodged in my foot is something I am proud of especially since I got the most laughs. The only critic the judge gave me was I was really 'good' and 'funny' but apparently I wasn't 'good enough' or 'funny enough?'

This is my schools second UIL competition and last year we won and this year WE WON!!!!!

Another thing my mom said is that they are trying not to show favor for my school since last year everyone in our cast got an award and we got best actress and actor and first so yeah..... Still trying to make me feel better.....

Our lead in the play we did (A Chemical Imbalance Jekle and Hyde) got best actor and it was his first play and I must say he was fantastic! I new he would get best actor already bra cause he is a natural....

Sorry for ranting, I am about to get this pice of wood loved in my foot out now (4 hours after it got in my foot 😠) have a good day/night
