5) Call backs with a new friend

Yayyyy! Today is Monday and I am ready to go be awesome and empress my new bosses and not fall on my face! Or fail.....
Like I said before I am horrible at pep talks!

I woke up at 4:00 this morning so I would be ready for the call backs I was watching. My only problem was I have nothing to wear! By the time it's 4:30 my room is covered with clothing from my closet until finally I emerge from my wardrobe with a hand full of clothes. I grabbed a grey pleated skirt and a salmon pink sweater to go over a white blouse.

After dressing I flat ironed my hair and put it in a side part. While checking the time (5:27) I grab my makeup bag and put on a bit of light salmon pink eyeshadow and light pink lipstick. Natural enough I think as I head to a coffee shop across the street.

Bye the time I am on the subway it is 6:13 and I slightly panic, feeling like the rest of New York. I take I deep breath as I enter the auditioning building at 6:47 not to late or early... Right? While walking in I feel many eyes on me. I just shake it of (A.N: *bursts into song*) and walk up to the front desk.

"Ummm excuse me my name is Tamsin Gasper and I-"

"Go into the auditioning room."

The lady doesn't even look at me while I walk into the auditioning room.

"There she is," someone yells and engages me into a hug, "I thought you would never get here!"

The person let go of me and I realized it was a women that hugged me.

"Ummm I don't mean to sound rude but... Who are you?"

The lady giggles and says,

"Oh sorry, I was just so exited to meet you! My name is Sadie and I will be playing GAlinda!"

She smiles a big smile while I look her over. Sadie has long dirty blond hair and a beautiful figure that I long to have. I smile and shake her hand.

"I'm Tamsin."

I hear a booming voice shout,

"Glad to see you girls have met and like each other! I am Joe Mantello that's Director Mantello to you."

Smiling I say,

"It's nice to actually meet you,"

And Sadie just smiles and nods.

"Well you girls can go sit behind Luna our pianist in that corner,"

He points to a corner,

"Hopefully you guys will come acquainted on your own with out me having to introduce you."

Sadie and I walk to the corner and introduce ourselves to the pianist Luna she seams like a nice girl! After we sit down the director gives the 'okay' to start sending people in. I watch as many people fail miserably and Sadie and I hide our giggles. When Kyle comes out and gives his music to the pianist he winks at me, causing me to blush and Sadie to look madly over at me and raid her eyebrows. I shove off the feeling I felt as Kyle sang; his voice was so angelic and powerful but of course he would never like a girl like me.

After callbacks ended the director held us back and smiled at us,

"Practice starts Friday at 8:30 A.m. Till 9:00 p.m. but of course you get an hour brake for lunch. We'll have a good day!"

White that Director Mantello walked off leaving Sadie and I alone in the room.

Sadie stops me before I leave,

"Wanna go get some lunch? I'm starved!!!"

"Yeah sure."

I might not have sounded as enthusiastic as her but at least I was going, right? When Sadie and I left the room Kyle was still in the hall. I wave and smile at him and he smiles back, a true genuine smile.

I can't wait till Friday!
