Part 4 

*Carlos' P.O.V*. 

"Good morning Sydney!" I say while petting my dog Sydney. I stretch and yawn and get up. I just realized I haven't talked to my bestfriend Lourdes in a while! To be honest, I sort of have a crush on her. But she's Logan's girlfriend and I think they're happy together so I guess that's enough... I just hate being in the friend zone!
I decided to call her. 
It took her a few rings to pick up but she finally answered
"Hello?" Her voice was shaky so I can tell she was crying before I called her.
"Hey Lourdes! WAIT WHY ARE YOU CRYING?!" I hate it when she's sad let alone crying.
"I'm not crying" she lied. I can tell when she's lying and she knows that.
"I've known you since we were babies. I know when you're crying Lou-lou! (my nickname for her) Hold on I'll be there in a few minutes"
"No Carlos I-" then I hung up. She's my bestfriend I need to know why she's crying. She looks like a lost puppy when she cries. It just breaks my heart! She's so beautiful when she smiles and when she doesn't wear makeup personally I think that's when she's truly beautiful. And when we walk outside while the sun's out, her hair glows magically when the sun hits it. She's so sweet, adorable, down-to-earth, smart, responsible, and just perfect. 
I finally found my keys and said bye to Sydney and then I left.
On the way to Lourdes' house I kept drumming my fingers on the steering wheel. I have absolutely no patience today my bestfriend is crying! 
A few minutes I finally got to Lourdes' house. WAIT WHAT THE FUCK?! WHAT'S LOGAN DOING?! HE'S PULLING LOURDES' HAIR! 
"LOGAN WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" I screamed while closing my car door
"THIS BITCH BROKE MY NOSE!" He yelled back
"LET GO OF HER!" I said while pulling him off of her. I was so pissed off at him that I punched him in the stomach. No one hurts my bestfriend. 
"Don't you ever hurt my bestfriend." I said while growling. I think I looked scary because he had a hint of fear in his eyes. 
He turned away and spat on Lourdes' grass. 
"Are you okay?" I asked her. 
"Yeah I'm fine. Let's go inside"
We walked in and we both sat down on her couch.
"What's going on?" I ask her while holding her hand.
"I hate seeing you like this and what's the whole deal with Logan? Why was he hurting you?" She broke down in front of me and just hugged me and cried on my shoulder.
"You don't wanna talk about it right now do you?" 
She shook her head on my shoulder and then I pat her head.
"It's gonna be okay. I'm here to listen when you're ready"
She nodded her head.
"Carlos can you stay with me?"
"Of course! Stay here, I'll pop in a DVD and make you some popcorn"
"Thank you Carlos"
"No problem"
I put in 'The Proposal' so that she would calm down a bit. 
She laughed faintly at the funny parts and then halfway I heard light snoring. I looked down and saw her sleeping. I covered her with a blanket and continued watching the movie.

Sorry it wasn't as exciting as I hoped but just wait till you read the next part ;)
