Part 13

*Carlos' P.O.V*

"Lou?" I called. Lourdes just opened the door and I don't hear her voice. Just then I heard a guy's voice. It sounded familiar! But his voice is sort of muffled so I can't hear his voice. I still don't hear Lourdes' voice.

All of a sudden I heard footsteps that rounded the corner and to my surprise, I saw Logan with a huge grin on his face.

"LOGAN?!" I asked with a shocked face as I stand up. He smiles evily and takes out his gun. This might be the end of Carlos Roberto Pena Junior.

"Wait!" I heard an unfortunately familiar voice say.

"I wanna watch the life leave his eyes when you shoot him" she says while leaning on the door frame and crossing her arms. I knew it. Samantha Droke. As in my psycho ex-girlfriend Samantha Droke. The Samantha Droke that almost killed me and Lourdes.

"We're not killing him remember?" Logan replied easily.

"Why not?" Me and Sammy replied at the same time. BITCH! SHE ALMOST KILLED ME AND SHE'S THE ONE THAT'S PISSED. OH OKAY.

"We're gonna make you watch Lourdes die first" Logan shrugged. I looked at him with horror on my face.

"You sick bastard! How could you? I thought we were friends! And Lourdes. Why are you doing this to her? Didn't you love her at all?" Just then I heard Sammy clear her throat.

"You disconnected our friendship the second you kissed Lourdes. Which according to my connections, you have done many times. And as for Lourdes, yes I loved her but I needed someone bad. Someone who stays out too late and when I call, she doesn't answer her phone. I wanna fight, I wanna rock and roll and party all night. And ironically, Sammy has all of those qualities and that's why I love her so much. Even though she's an idiot"

"HEY!" And she smacked him on the arm. I always knew that she was an idiot. Why the hell did I date her in the first place? She's so stupid and her voice is so annoying! How did I tolerate that throughout our relationship?

"Anyways, get in the car and you won't get hurt." Logan said while pointing the gun towards my head. He forgot that I'm a black belt.

I grabbed the gun when he least expected it and I pointed it at him and Sammy. I shot him in the leg (not near an arterie of course) and then Sammy dropped to the floor to see if he's okay so I figured I wouldn't have to worry about her. I ran towards the car and saw Lourdes unconscious on the back seat. I ran inside but made sure I still had control over my gun. I picked her up and was about to get out of the car but I heard someone from the front say "Not so fast" and he shot me. I looked down and saw a pool of blood. Then everything turned black.
