By the time I get home it's two in the morning. Mom is already in the bathroom applying bandages, gauze, lotion, and junk to whatever needs it. Looking to my cut up face and arms I decide I also need to bandage myself. Nothing to bad just a couple cuts and mostly bruises. It'll leave marks for a few days.
I say goodnight to mother and head to bed. We may be evil villains, but we still love each other. We would protect each other through thick and thin. We have hearts.
By morning my entire body is sore, yet I still have to go to school. The rule at home is, after a battle we still have to go out, no matter how sore, to cover our trail. Begrudgingly, I get out of bed and get ready. When I go to the kitchen to get breakfast I see dad sitting at the table drinking some coffee.
"Morning," I grumble out.
"Morning," he says, talking as if he'll say more, "I'm glad you completed phase one, but now you must prepare for phase two. When you are sure you have the location of the Bat Cave, you need a plan for getting in. Any ideas?"
"I have a friend who can help," I state before walking out and skateboarding to school.
I get there on time today and see the busy halls. I try to push my way through as everyone points, whispers, and stare at the new marks on my face and arms. No they aren't scars, that wimp Nightwing couldn't damage me if he tried. This also isn't the first time I've shown up to school...damaged, if you will.
They all asume it's abuse or street-fighting, something.
I open my locker grabbing my books for the morning. When I close it I notice the number one person I hate in this world, Lucy Napier. She, as always was fluffing out her blonde hair and "perfecting" her appearance. Note the sarcasm.
She turns to look at me and immediately a fake ass smile forms on her caked up face. I swear she looks like a clown with all that makeup on her face.
"Jennifer, how's that hole in the ground you call a home," she pauses to smirk before noticing my marks, "Oh my god! What happened to your face, it's nastier than usual," she shrieked.
"Nothing of your concern," I state blankly, "Oh you missed a wrinkle right there," I continue, pointing to her face, "Bitch."
She brings up a perfectly manicured hand to her face in surprise before shocking herself back into reality. Pointing a red nailed finger at me and with a glare in place, she tries to say intimidatingly, "You have no idea who or what your messing with."
"I have a pretty good idea and I'm sure I don't need to worry about you," I say with a straight face.
By now we have gathered quite the crowd. I knew that the second she saw me she was itching for a fight, but I won't give it to her. Not today. Before she could say anything else or hit me, I walk away. The crowd makes a path for me, shocked that I didn't fight back. I normally would fight back. Well today I am just to fucking tired.
Sitting down in first period, I begin to think about the next phase of the plan. I'm going to have to somehow break into the Bat cave multiple times, to figure out their schedule and track their moves, then hijack the Bat Computer and save all the information onto my flash drive. It's going to be tricky because Batman has made it so the walls of the Bat Cave neutralize all powers unless authorized otherwise by the Justice League. Then also he has an armed security system stricter than Fort Knox, Area 51, and the Federal Reserve Bank in New York combined.
Only one family in the entire galaxy has ever broken into the Bat Cave, the Joker's family. This group consists of: Joker (obviously), Harley Quinn, and Candy Bomb. Candy Bomb is the Joker and Harley's kid. She is also my best-villain-friend. Though I have never learned of her secret identity, so we only know each other when we wear the masks. I'm thinking maybe I could ask for some weapons and gear that could help me with my assignment.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts by the bell ringing. Apparently I have just been sitting here the entire class period thinking to myself. Well that doesn't matter now. I'll probably end up with life in prison around the age of twenty-five, so school and education don't really matter.
Packing up my things I head to math. I am somehow oddly good at this, so I decide to actually pay attention today. As the old lady drones on about math I actually finish before the others. I am just really good with math apparently. I don't care, I don't need this for the future anyways.
When the bell rings for the next class I decide to sit in the janitor's closet for the majority of the day. No I am not hiding. I am just sore from last night and am in need of a decent nap. I set an alarm on my phone for halfway through my second to last class of the day. Why halfway? Simple, to use the other half of the class period to fix my appearance.

I have a strange mind. DEAL WITH IT!!!! It may be terrible, but I had a lot going on when I wrote this. Any suggestions comment away along with grammar corrections. Candy bomb to the side. Sort of.
Thank you,
Emerald Chalsa
