Chapter 10

The following day we woke up kinda late. Ang sakit pa rin ng katawan ko. I just did my morning routine and went out. He already cooked our breakfast and he's currently making our coffee. The smell is tempting and so is he. Bakit ang aga nambabalandra na naman sya ng biceps nya.

"Good morning, baby." I whispered. He turned around to see me. He planted a small kiss on my lips and smiled.

"Good morning to the love of my life." He murmured against my lips.

I moaned."You're so easy to seduce." I joked then hugged him. He just laughed and kissed the top of my head.

"I only get seduce if it's you. How are you feeling? Should we just stay in?" He asked continuously.

"What should we do if we'll just stay in?" I asked then get the cup of coffee he's giving me.

"Anything. Is there something you want to try?" He asked then sipped on his coffee. Nilagyan din nya ng pagkain yung plato ko.

"I can watch you all day." I mumbled. He laughed and smirked.

"Let's just go out. What's supposed to be in our itinerary anyway?" I asked then started eating.

"Pescador. Island hopping." He answered.

"What's the highlight of that?" I asked further.

"We'll swim with the sardines?" He asked like he's not that sure. Pero ang cute nya.

"Is it safe? Baka biglang may kumain sa aking pating dun." I uttered. But, he laughed like I'm joking.

"Nope. Won't let that. Ako lang kakain sayo." He said casually. Halos maubo pa ako sa sinabi nya. Sabi ni ate Celine sobrang tahimik naman daw nya 'pag magkakasama sila. But, he's blunt and talkative when he's around me.

I slapped his arm. "Paulo, you're changing na. Make sure you only say that to me. Pag ikaw may sinabihan nyan, iiwan talaga kita. Dami pa namang cutiee sa hospital."

"But I am not them. You will look for me in every guy you'll see or meet. Ako lang yung hahanapin mo." He said proudly. And I know that too. He made the standard so high, baka kahit yung ultimate hollywood crush ko mahirapan syang pantayan. He's everything I prayed for or more. And every day he do things that make me fall harder.

"Tss. The confidence of smart people is annoying sometimes." I murmured.

"So, you're annoyed with yourself too? Because for me you're the smartest." He replied. I just smiled. This asshole got me wrapped under his spell.

"Ang dami mong alam, Xavier Paulo." I said calmly. Araw-araw ata pakikiligin nya ako.

"I know a lot. One thing, is loving you." He murmured. I just pulled him and kissed him.

"Let's go out. Tara na dun sa Pescador na sinasabi mo. I'm already tempted to makeout with you all day." I joked. He just winked at me.

"No. Labas tayo. Let's meet my parents in Bacolod on your 4th week of leave?" I suggested. He just nodded.

Kumain lang kami ng mabilis tapos naligo na. Sinundo naman kami nung tour guide namin kahapon. Pero may kasama pa silang dalawa. Ang daming dalang camera ni Paulo. I'm sure now photography is his hobby. Most of my shots were taken by him, and the angles were really good. Kahapon, kulang na lang humiga sya para kunan ako. He's that extra.

"Trust me, my friends and I already done this multiple times. It's safe. I will always secure your safety." He uttered before we dive. Ang galing nung mga instructor sobrang galing nila magturo, and most of my questions were answered.
