April Fools! Y'all know what that means.

Elsie Granger

I chatted with Draco and we arranged for me to spend part of Spring break at the manor. We gave each other a meaningful hug and a kiss on the train before we parted ways.

Fred was waiting for me while Verity and George ran the shop. He took me to Diagon Alley, so quickly that it was mostly a blur.

There we were, walking beside each other through Diagon Alley.

I hadn't been here in a while, so it was nice to take in everything there is to see.

There it was, the Weasley's joke shop, standing tall and proud. Fred led me inside where I was greeted by Verity who helps maintain the shop.

"Elsie!" George exclaimed as he took me into a long hug, "How have you been?"

Fred took my packed bag up the stairs and found a place for it upstairs, I could only hear his faint footsteps walking around.

George began with giving me a quick overview of all their products, going into detail with each. Fred joined us downstairs and helped customers while George and I chatted.

I was taken back and in awe of everything that George was talking about and explaining. Owning a shop seemed a lot more simple than it actually was.

He continued the tour type thing by bringing me up the stairs to show off their flat.

"We cleaned it just so you wouldn't feel like we live in clutter or filth," he laughed.

Their flat was very simple, yet decorated. The living room was connected to the dining room, and the kitchen with no separating walls. In between the dining room and kitchen sat a small island with two stools.

The walls were decorated with artwork and pictures of all sorts. On the wall in between the two bedrooms was a picture of the twins standing in front of their shop, looking so proud of their accomplishment.

"This is my room," George invited me through a door, "And that's my bathroom."

I looked at it for a minute or so, acknowledging all the decorations he had.

A clock hung on the wall beside another painting which color matched his bed sheets. It was a light orange color.

His bathroom was also themed this orange color as the towels which were hanging as well as the mat on the floor matched. I doubt he matched everything off the painting though, and rather the other way around.

"And this is Freddie's."

Fred's room was very similar in the way the furniture was laid out, though there was less color coordination. His bed sheets matched his pillows, while his bathroom was themed a different color.

The art hanging from the wall was also it's own theme.

"He couldn't decide on what color he wanted it?" I laughed.

"He wanted to theme everything blue, but then he decided on red, and then green, and then he wanted black and white," George explained, "So he decided to put all of it together."

We both laughed.

"This is the pullout sofa that we can set up for you every night with our extra pillows and blankets," he continued, "And I remember you mentioning a few of your favorite foods, so I went and picked up the ingredients."

"Oh thank you George," I cheered appreciatively and hugged him.

He left to go back down to the shop so I could get settled. The first thing I did was take a shower in George's shower and change into more comfortable attire.
