It had been a few weeks since Lucy's birthday and they'd planned a nice dinner out as a group. Being Lucy's best friends they'd asked if Owen wanted to come but she hit them with he's working when in reality she did not want him close to her group at all. Lucy and simon had gone food shopping as it was needed. Walking to the local Tesco the 2 we're having a good catch-up they'd distanced from each other not on purpose but there lives were packed it was hard.

Sat in her flat she was watching modern family in the living room when she got a messge.

Lucy got up from her spot threw on a hoodie and jogger set that was gifted and put her up using a claw thing. She left the flat and knocked on Harry's door. She heard loads of shushing from inside then Harry answered the door holding his camera
"Hi- woah why are you filming"
"Right okay it's a surprise close your eyes give me your hand like trust me in this"
"Do I have too" she groaned
"Yes come on"
Reluctantly she closed her eyes and held out her hand in which she felt Harry's hand grasp as he pulled her through into the kitchen letting go of her hand
"What is going on" she asked
"Right open your eyes"
She slowly opened her eyes to see freezy stood in front of her waving
"Is he the surprise" she said laughing and pointing to freezy looking at Harry
"Oi fuck off you twat"
"Right ,now just shout the word herb"
"Herb?" She said confsued
Suddenly hearing little taps she looked down to see a small black puppy waddaling in out of Harry's room. Immediately she knelt on the floor and began playing with the puppy
"Hello baby" she said in a baby voice playing with the excited puppy in front of her
"You've not just bought a dog" she said in disbelief
"Yeah brought it from guernsey and everything"
"That's why you went"
"Yeah"
"No cos he's actually so cute hi herb I'm Lucy" she said picking his paw up and orienteering to shake his hand.
Lucy and Harry then went into Harry's room as he sat on his bed Lucy playing with herb at the end of the bed.
"I'm taking him I hope you know" she smiled at Harry
"Glad you like him" he smiled back
Something about Lucy being happy and joyous mad him happy it was like he was a teenager again cringey I know. But he couldn't help but smile after seeing her at her worst.
Lucy moved to sit next to him on her phone with herb cuddled up in between the two.
They were laughing together making funny tiktoks and then Lucy left to get ready for the meal. Putting on a white lace dress with a big oversized leather jacket she headed out to the place.

"Yoo bitches sorry I'm late" said Lucy jumping out of her cab and joining the group outside.
"Still waiting on harry and freezy"
"I'm not even suprised" she giggled

The two then arrived and the group went in taking a seat. Lucy was sat between talia and tobi. This group could talk about anything and not get bored
"Nah I proper wanna go skiing again" said freezy
"No fuck off not doing it" said Vik with his hands up
"What's so wrong about skiing" questioned Lucy
"I broke my collarbone then freezy was stood over me going nah nah your messing get up and then I had an operation and then I was in the back of jj's car and he decided to piss me off by driving like a lunatic" ranted vik and immediately freezy and jj began belly laughing. Jj's laugh could make anyone laugh it had such good vibes.
"Luc how's it going with Owen" asked chip it was nothing malicious he was just being a good friend
"Yeah yeah it's going well" she smiled fiddling with her ring. She could feel two glares watching her one from Harry who was opposite her and another from talia next to her
"Suprised your not getting lemon gin" joked Freya nudging her beside her as they both began laughing.
Talia was then being off with her so lucy excused herself to the bathroom where talia came in after her.
"What's up with you" lucy asked her turning straight towards her
"Nothing" she answered bluntly
"Stop being a bitch and tell me"she said the two were as blunt as each other
"You know this owen guy" she let out
"Yeah.."
"Why didn't you tell me?" Asked talia
"T you know I've been busy from the line"
"Too busy to tell your best friend you'd got a boyfriend"
"In fairness we weren't official until that moment her told eveyone"
"Luc i feel like your replacing me with Harry" she said. It hurt Lucy to find this out because obviously talia was her best friend she came before anyone
"T you know I'd never do that your my 4 lifer" she smiled and pulled the girl into a hug
"Sorted?" she asked pulling away
"Sorted" smiled talia as the two left the bathroom laughing

They sat back down and drinks were flowing and so were conversations
"Shall we tell them" said josh looking at jj and simon
"Oh my god yes" laughed jj
"Tell us what" asked freezy
"So we've bought a sidemen house and me simon jj and vik are moving in"
Eveyone began congratulating them
"Wait so how come tobi Harry and Ethan aren't moving in?" Asked talia
"Our lease doesn't finish for another year" said Harry
"Neither does mine" said Ethan taking a drink from his glass
"I like living with manny" smiled tobi
"Wait simon your leaving me" said Lucy the realisation hitting her
"Indeed Im sorry" said Simon solemnly
"Don't be sorry don't blame you I'd take opportunity wait oh my god I'm gonna look for a new apartment" she giggled
"Fuck off then your leaving us" said harry as him and freezy started acting annoyed.
"Shit looks like I'm moving out faster" she joked
"Gonna have a move in party" said jj excited and eveyone was happy for them

It was now late and eveyone began going home.
