"Home?" Nalilito kong saad dito.

He sighed and I saw him nodded. Hinapit ako nito palapit sa kaniya, sanhi para mapasandal ako sa dibdib nito.

I sniffed his scent and it's still the same perfume I gave to him on his birthday. He must've really liked it, despite the fact that I'm the one who gave it to him.

"Iuuwi na kita."

I pouted when he slightly pushed me away. Hinawakan nito ang magkabilang balikat ko at kunot ang noo na napatitig sa akin.

"No. Kasama ko ang mga kaibigan ko..."

Hinawi ko ang kamay nito at umatras palayo sa kaniya.

"I can drive on my own. So, don't do this to me."

"You can't drive anymore--"

"Shut up, Vernon! I can do it alone. I know I can do it. I don't need help. I'm an independent woman now. I'm not the same Astrid you know back then." Pagkumbinsi ko sa sarili ko at nag-umpisa nang maglakad palayo rito.

I can't be a slave of alcohol. I should still know my limits. Vernon has a girlfriend already. Ano na lang ang mararamdaman nito kapag nalaman niyang hinatid ni Vernon ang ex niya? I know he's just oblige to do it because we're neighbors.

So, I don't need his help. I can do it. Nakaya ko ngang mag-isa ng ilang buwan. Ngayon pa ba ako hihingi ng tulong dito? Dahil lang nandiyan siya ulit?

I can't depend on him again. I don't want it anymore. Masasaktan lang ako sa huli.

"Why are you so stubborn?" Bago pa ako makaangal dito ay naangat na ako nito at nabuhat. Sa takot na malaglag ay napakapit ako sa batok nito.

"Vernon! What are you doing?" Nagpumiglas ako sa pagkakabuhat nito sa akin.

My cheeks blushed when I realized some of the people curiously glanced at us.

"Put me down! Ano ba!" Angil ko dahil pinagtitinginan na kami.

This isn't good! Paano na lang kung kumalat ito? I don't want Vienna to misunderstood our situation!

"They are taking pictures. Ibaba mo ako, Vernon..." sa kahihiyan ay pinagsiksikan ko ang mukha ko sa leeg nito upang hindi nila makuhanan ang mukha ko.

"Why are you making this so hard to me, Vernon?" I whispered before I blacked out.

I woke up when I heard Vernon calling my name. Nang magmulat ako ng mga mata ay napansing nasa harap na kami ng unit ko.

Did we teleport?

"Where's your kiss?"

"H-Ha?" I asked, my eyes widened when I realized he wants kiss from me.

"Kiss, Nivea."

Nagbaba ang tingin ko sa mapulang labi nito. It looks so soft and kissable. He even licked his lower lip, making it a bit wet. I gulped when I realized he's tempting me.

Pinaningkitan ko ito ng mga mata at pinaghahampas siya sa dibdib niya. "Put me down! Put me down!"

"Nivea!" Galit nitong saad at napilitan akong ibaba.

"I can't give you that! You, jerk!" Galit kong saad dito.

If he's tempting me, then that won't work! Even if his lips are so soft and how I badly wanted to do it! No! I won't do that! I don't want to ruin someone's relationship and I don't want to be a third party!

Nakita ko ang pagkunot ng noo nito at ang pagsusungit ng asul nitong mga mata. "Why is that, Nivea? You're drunk already."

Mas lalo akong nainis doon at pinagpapalo ang dibdib nito. "Just because I'm drunk, I will not give you a kiss! I know my limits! I know you have a girlfriend! Kaya bakit mo ba pinagpipilitan na bigyan kita no'n?! Stupid! Stupid!"
