S3E4: I Love Lucy

"Well, there are lots of exciting options, but I like Sex On The Beach." Julian told them, raising a finger.

"Is that vodka based or...?" Pat asked.

"Oh, are we talking about drinks?" Pat threw his hands up in exasperation.

"It would be a port and lemon for me. Bitter, tart." Thomas commented.

"You said it mate." Humphrey commented. Lucille let out a small laugh at the comment.

"What if was puddle water mixed with river water?" Robin questioned.

"It's still not a cocktail, Robin." Pat told him.

"It's all I've ever drunk!"

"Right. And seeing as Mary doesn't partake-"

"Tis devil's juice!" Mary exclaimed.

"-that just about wraps up out Inaugural Cocktail Society." Pat concluded.

"Cock Soc." Captain attempted with a small smile.

"No, we're not calling it that, mate." Pat sighed.

"When I was fucdut as CO of Ick-"

"Those aren't real words!"

"-it was the highlight of our week on a Friday night-" Captain cut himself off as loud singing made its way towards them.

"What a day it is!"

"Is that me?" Kitty questioned.

"Good morning! Good morning!" Fanny exclaimed cheerfully, taking Thomas into a small waltz. "Ra-ta-ta-ta, ra-ta-ta-" She let go of Thomas with a small spin, leaving the poet rather dazed. "Oh, Kitty! What pretty hair you have today! And Robin, looking very sprightly. And a lovely smile as always from my dearest Patty Cake!"

"Huh? What just happened?" Pat questioned, looking at the other ghosts who were equally as confused as each other.

"Ghosts can't have hallucinations, can they?" Lucille asked. "Because that felt very much like an hallucination."

"No, no! Look, look! I know Fanny better than any of you!" Captain interrupted the noise that had erupted as the ghosts tried to figure out what was up with Lady B. "She does have a lighter side, you know."

"Not that light!" Pat said. "No. Something's up."

"Perhaps she's unwell." Kitty suggested.

"She's dead, Kitty."

"There you are, then."

"Perhaps she has been possessed." Mary suggested.

"There's no such thing as possession." Captain denied.

"Well, there's no such thing as ghosts, but..." Robin commented, walking backwards out of the room.

"He's right, isn't he?" Pat agreed.

"Perhaps she's just lost her marbles? Let go of all that repression?" Lucille suggested, somewhat optimistically. "No, yeah, that's definitely not it."

"Oh joy, the other one." Kitty complained, watching Lucy pull up around the fountain.

"Kitty!" Alison sighed.

"Oh, Lucy's back is she? Most surprising that is." Lucille commented, peering out the window.
