Reem was coming downstairs and she started feeling dizzy and suddenly darkness engulfed her...
And she fell down the stairs...
Jai was coming down from room as reem didn't came and what he saw made him numb as reem was lying in the pool of blood .

Jai immediately took her to hospital..
Reem was shifted to operation theatre as she lost too much of blood...
