"You ready?" Seungcheol asked Woozi, today was Sunday and you guessed it- it's the battle. The 2 groups agreed to both preform ballads.
And once that was agreed on, Woozi immediately formed their "final subunit" the Vocal Unit. Consisting of him, Jeonghan, Joshua, Dk and Seungkwan.
"We were born ready!" Dk said carrying Seungkwan on his back as Seungkwan waved his fist in the air.
"I'm going to sing my heart out like I got nothing left to loose!" Seungkwan said.
"Maybe we should have saved this awesomeness for a actual performance where is actually counts?" Jun asked.
"Don't worry there will probably be a ballad challenge sooner or later." Mingyu said glad he didn't have to preform today and could just wear comfortable clothes.
"Yeah we got nothing to worry about- except the fact were doing a ballad challenge against nct." Jeonghan said.
"Speaking of Nct, their about to go on. Hurry people." Joshua said shooing the other 4 out of the room.
"Goodluck!" Hoshi yelled out to them.
"Hello everyone welcome to this weeks battle. I'm your host Eric Nam and let's get rolling like these tears will be rolling down our faces." Eric said.
"Our first battle attack is NCT U with From Home." Eric announced.
"We're fucked." Seungkwan said, within the first 30 seconds Doyoung was already letting everyone know they need business.
"They would definitely take RED if they preformed this in a normal competition." Joshua said.
"Yall are being a mix of fanboys and being very doubtful of ourselves. Did you forget the 5 of us are practically musically trained?!" Woozi asked.
"Now let's get up there and sing like we went through 7 divorces!" Woozi cheered once Nct had finished.
"Please give it up for SEVENTEEN with Habit!" Eric announced.
"GO SEUNGKWAN!" They could hear Haechan screaming and one by one all the Nct members were cheering for all 5 of the Seventeen members as they sung their hearts out.
And when the time came to decide a winner, both groups argued the other one should win instead.
"OKAY OKAY OKAY! LETS JUST CALL IT A TIE BEFORE THIS BREAKS OUT INTO A DANCE BATTLE!" Eric yelled frantically.
Well- too late.
Jisung and Dino had actually started a dance battle in the center of the stage, everyone cheering them on.
"I don't get paid enough for this." Eric sighed as he walked off the stage.
