I'm going to be writing in Lillie's perspective today (hence why this is a special). This is only for this chapter and the next one.

"Right, come on!"

I dragged my brother harshly over to our hotel. Since we're a wealthy family, Mother insists only the best for us, though I do tell her otherwise.

"Don't make me look like a girl." he grumbled.

"The fact that you are saying that proves that you have accepted my giving you a full-fledged makeover." I answered promptly.

See, my brother's always been really protective of me. Maybe it's because I had a fear of Pokemon when I was younger, and it only stopped when I turned 10. Nevertheless, that was 5 years ago, and Gladion is 18. He's legally an adult, so I keep telling him to go find a girlfriend, because he's taking forever to get one.

Secretly, I knew he was going to get rejected. Y/N's feeling for him were vague, if not non-existent. She isn't that good with romantic relationships, but she isn't the typical dense protagonist. I knew that she genuinely preferred Ash over Gladion. The feeling she felt was just shock after...um...that happened.

Yes, I saw it.

And I knew Ash did too.

Oh, well. I shouldn't tangle myself up in their affairs. Just let life work itself out.

"Right, first: you're too flimsy and scrawny." I said decisively.

"What do you mean? You're no better than me!" he argued.

"While that maybe true, you're asking for my help, not vice versa."

I heard him mumble something like "I never asked".

"Come on, big brother. Just deal with your emotions and sit tight."

Before he could protest, I dragged out perhaps the most cliché thing in tennis history - the tennis ball machine.

"Hit them with your hands." I ordered.

Gladion looked impassive.

"Are you sure you haven't gotten me mixed up with some dog?" he grumbled.

I threw a tennis racquet at his face.

"Well then, use this."

He gripped the racquet in his hand while I fiddled with the knobs.

"Ready?" I asked.

He nodded stiffly.

"Go!"

At once, three balls flew towards him in all different directions. Surprisingly, Gladion was able to keep up, and swung his racquet with the air of a professional.

"Not bad, big brother." I mused. "Let's turn the speed up a little."

As soon as I tilted it to the right some more, tennis balls of all sorts flew in his direction of all shapes and sizes.

"Good luck!" I yelled.

He gulped, and moved his hands in all directions.

"Silvally!" he roared.

Immediately, the Legendary Pokemon burst out of its ball, making its debut. It sliced the balls in half with amazing accuracy, saving Gladion from all the work.

"Hey!" I said. "That's cheating, you know?"

Gladion laughed, and patted my head.

"Just cool down, Lillie." he chuckled, and left the room to go get a towel.

As I was left standing there, a knocked sounded loudly on my door.

"Hi!"

It was Y/N's voice. I opened the door to let her in. A figure in a black cloak stood there.

"I'm sort of in a hurry right now, so can you tell Ash that I'm leaving today? I noticed that your hotel was nearby, so I came and asked."

I furrowed my brow in confusion.

"How come they let you in?"

"I'm Enigma right now, see? The Monarch of the World Coronation Series, Champion of all Regions, some other names... I don't even know what kind of names they call me these days."

"I've heard someone call you the One." I answered.

"Unoriginal." she chided. "Anyway, where's Gladion?"

"My tsundere of a brother is in the corridor somewhere." I replied. "But what's this about you leaving?"

"I've found Rose again, but he's in Hammerlocke. I have to go immediately, or he'll escape. Also, tell Ash not be be a hero and go "save" me. He knows I'm stronger than him."

"But... when will you leave?"

"In..."

She glanced at her watch.

"Twenty minutes."

I couldn't stand here and waste more time - I had a mission to complete. I had to get Ash to confess to Y/N before she leaves - before she forgets about him. I had to do it, for both Ash and Y/N's sakes. Before it's too late, and before Ash never sees her again. However dense he may be, I know Y/N is the only girl he will ever love, and I had to help him and Y/N.

Please let me make it in time...
