Gabby's POV: When Matt said that nobody, not even myself gets to call me stupid...I knew that he meant it. He never liked it when I put myself down and I understood that. There have been countless times where I thought that some of my ideas were horrible but, Matt has always been my biggest cheerleader and he has always made sure that I pursued my dreams even if it meant sacrificing our marriage. He let me go to the fire academy and become a firefighter (in turn, delaying how soon we could get married) and he also did the same when I wanted to adopt Louie the first time around. Now, he is doing the same when it comes to me and a possible fourth/third biological child that maybe I could carry myself in the future like in a couple years.

Matt then went to grab my hand and just looked at me. "And secretly, I have to tell you something...I predicted this would happen so, I made sure we had a contingency plan in place." I was confused when he said that. "Okay, you are going to have to explain what exactly you mean by that Matt. How can you have a contingency plan in place when you have already had your vasectomy?" Matt then smiled at me. "I may have banked some sperm just in case something happened. As much as I wanted to believe we were done...I just had to make sure we had a back up plan in case something happened and we lost the babies. Sorry if that sounds wrong." I then smiled when he said that before going to cuddle up to him some more.

Putting my hand on his chest, I smiled when Matt went to wrap his arm around me and then kissed my forehead. "Gabby, just promise me that you aren't going to obsess over it okay? I am not saying that I am agreeing to it yet...we just need to see. Maybe in the future we can think about it but not yet. You have to remember that we already have a toddler, we are about to have twins and I am now Battalion Chief." I nodded when he said that. "I also have to remember that I might eventually want to go back and become deputy Chief for Ambo 61?" Matt looked at me when I said that and smiled. "Oh, that is going to happen even if it's not officially. I already know that if you come back...you are going to walk all over me because I am scared."

I looked at Matt when he said that. "Scared of what?" Matt then looked at me. "Like you wouldn't possibly punish me if I made you mad at work...god I am not liking this inability to swear. It's so hard sometimes!" I laughed when he said that and nodded. "I am just glad you are making the effort. I appreciate it and we both know that in the long run...it'll be the best thing because then, nobody is going to swear. At least the kids won't. And we won't swear unless it's in bed...with me and you all alone with nothing but the sheets on top of us." I laughed when he said that before going to grab his face. I then went to kiss him softly and just held him close.

That's when Matt (unfortunately) got an e-mail. "No." Matt then laughed as he went to grab his phone. He then got a call from Commissioner Grissom. Putting it on speaker, he went to check the e-mail. "Commissioner Grissom, how are you this fine afternoon?" Grissom sighed when I asked him that. "Unfortunately, we just lost another Battalion Chief." I was shocked when he said that. "Wow, uhm...when's the funeral?" I then sighed and didn't know. "Don't know yet but all I know is that we are not leaving that firehouse anytime soon." I turned to look at Gabby and sighed. "I still don't trust Delaney. That means, we might have to live there. You okay with that?"

Gabby nodded when I said that. "You had to work with him didn't you?" I nodded. "Yeah, I had to work with him once before you came back. The house was being fumigated." Gabby laughed and smiled when I said that. "Well this will be fun." I nodded and agreed with her before going to kiss her softly. "Want to move there tonight or in the morning?" Gabby then smiled at me. "Let's move there tonight. Shift starts early tomorrow and I want to help you settle in."

I then went back to speaking to Grissom. "Grissom, it okay if we move in tonight? I just spoke to Gabby and she's fine with  me taking over 20." He agreed with me when I said that. "You want to be there before Delaney don't you?" I laughed and agreed. "You don't want to know what happened." Grissom understood. "Well, you'll have all your trucks there. It'll be a regional house until further notice as your house is also going to get an upgrade." I agreed with him. "Let me guess, code infractions?" Grissom sighed. "Unfortunately." I then agreed. "Then think you can make a little house for the Chief while you are there? I get I have a room but c'mon...20 gets less calls than us and they have a house for the Chief."

Grissom chuckled when I said that. "We'll see what we can do and that is definitely true. You going to move there? And how many rooms?" I then thought about it. "At least a living room, a room for me and a kids room. Maybe 2 if possible." He agreed and laughed. "Let me see what I can do. We'll give you a high tech house...I promise. Talk later." I agreed and went to hang up while looking at Gabby. "What are they doing to the house?" I then smiled. "They have to do work on it to get it back up to code and they asked if we needed anything. I might have just asked to make us a mini-apartment a bit bigger. Sorry if I am jealous of the one at Firehouse 20." Gabby agreed with me and nodded. "Now listen, let's pack up and move there tonight." I nodded and agreed with her, kissing her softly. "You sure you're okay living there full-time."

Gabby nodded when I said that. "It'll be easier. That way you can do your job full-time like you are supposed to do. Plus, friends all the time?" I laughed and agreed with her while getting up so that we could pack up and head to our new temporary home, Firehouse 20.
