The airport was always a place where Hunter felt normal at—although he gets the strangest looks for his style of clothing. A place he has been to many times because of his frequent trips across the world. Another being his mother was always taking him to exotic places.
The car ride could've been better though, he always falls asleep on long car drives.
He got a text message from his Uncle, saying that he'll be waiting for his arrival, which is gonna be tomorrow. Hunter has to take a plane ride down to Costa Rica and then go to San Jose for the ferry ride over to Isla Nublar.
Hunter makes his seat on the airplane as comfortable as he can, he never adapted to the airplane chairs. Reason is because the amount of time he sleeps in trees and the ground if he is that tired.
The plane takes off and we get right back to Hunter, who's staring at the ferry that's about 10 feet away from him. "I should've packed more underwear..." he thought while realizing that by just seeing the ferry it could possibly get him some new brown pants.
All the conversations on the ferry are blocked out by Hunter. His gaze has not wavered from the oceans water. His ears pick up the sound of a few small gasps and excited children.
He slowly tilts his head up and opened his eyes to look at where the Jurassic World Resort is located on: Isla Nublar.
He gaps at the site of the island. Hammonds dream. His late Grandfather Howard's dream. His dream.
This is in front of him, and now, one step off the ferry...he would be on Isla Nublar.
Although...
"Move it kid! you're hoggin' up the line!," a male tourist yelled out from behind. This immediately made Hunter uneasy and apologized. "Oh, sorry, you should've yelled louder!" he yelled back without realizing he didn't take in the dramatic effect of stepping onto the island for the first time.
"Welcome to Jurassic World—" that's all he was able to hear before he rushed off to the monorail.
He was waiting at the front of the monorail, hoping to see the gates his grandfather had told him about years ago, and thankfully, the monorails intercom speaks up about it.
The Jurassic World gates open up to reveal Main Street, to reveal the park. If the ferry gave him free brown pants, then this gave him a whole new boat.
"I'm at Jurassic World...I'm really here," A small tear started to form in the corner of his eye, but was once again interrupted by a tourist.
"Kid, who're you talking to?" the man asked confused, but is ignored immediately.
Main Street was really nice, but Hunter had to be somewhere else before he can check out Jurassic World. His Uncle had also planned for him to stay in a bungalow, instead of the really nice hotels, man don't you wish this was real.
...
"So you're...what? A raptor wrangler? Tamer?," Hunter asked jokingly as his Uncle, Owen Grady, chuckled at his nephew.
"No, I've already told you I'm an Animal Behaviorist," Owen paused and shook Hunters shoulder, "And so are you, I know you've been studying about animal behavior since Howard told you about velociraptors," Owen grinned at his nephew and signaled him to follow.
The stroll to a giant paddock was not exactly what Hunter was thinking, but this looks very promising. Owen walks up a set of stairs on the side of the paddocks walls, Hunter following close behind still in shock of "I'm on Isla Nublar" written all over his face.
Owen walks across a walkway, Hunter waited at the beginning of it as he didn't think he's allowed without any permission first.
"C'mon, Kid!," Owen shouted out, "your allowed to be here," he causally said.
