(I wasn't going to put a song in this chapter, or really any of the next few chapters, but as I was writing and listening to my playlist this came on and it makes complete sense to me for this chapter. This is one of my favorite songs as well)

"Mr. Ravens, that lunatic has arrived." A assistant to George Ravens informed him from the labs entrance. "Thank you, Hooper." George immediately got up and with the help of his cane, walked out of the lab and to the main entrance where a giant aquarium was located.

George spots his crazy childhood friend across the massive room staring at the aquarium that has a large quantity of marine life. One species in particular caught the crazy man's eyes.

The crazy man spotted George limping his way to him. "Ah! You old bastard! How's retirement been treating your bony ass?" The crazy man beamed at the sight of his childhood friend.

"Max Quinn...oh, retirement has been...exhausting." George chuckled, Quinn had caught on extremely quickly. "The grandson, huh? He's been a tough reel?" Quinn hugged his childhood friend, noticing he has started to become frail despite being extremely healthy, especially for his age.

"Hunter has been getting...curious." George deeply sighed.

"What made the boy question what he is this time?" Quinn suddenly grinned, "Did he finally wrestle a shark for a tooth like he's always said he would?"

George's stern look made Quinn realize that this was serious. "Did he find out?" Quinn asked.

George shook his head. "He was surfing down the coast and...a Great White had attacked Hunter."

Quinn's face widened in surprise. "The bite was supposed to be fatal...wasn't it?" Quinn mirrored George's stern face.

"He believes he should've died...not in the sense that he doesn't want to live—but he knows that bite was fatal. If he didn't get to the hospital in time he would've died..."

Quinn narrows his eyes at his childhood friend, knowing he can say whatever he needs to say for George to hear. "The boy should know."

George sighed, circling the cane around. "Not yet...especially not now after the attack."

"He's broken right now."

Quinn deeply sighed, glancing down at his hairy left arm where a Tiger shark bit down on him.

"I'll knock him back into his senses. But I can't help him for long, I'll be going away for...who knows how long." Quinn states, crossing his arms.

"I know. You took Kon's deal, unsurprisingly." George nodded, having eyes and ears everywhere. "I should've known you would've found out. I was gonna tell ya today anyways." Quinn glanced at the aquarium tank.

"I may know about the deal but I don't know about its contents." George stated, needing to know this information.

"Well...you know me; I've search for a long time to catch the greatest predator of the sea."

George nodded, glancing at the sharks that Quinn was staring at.

"But the greatest predator of the sea has been dead for what? 1.5–5 million years?" Quinn moves his jaw side to side.
