(THIS IS IT!!!!)
(THIS IS LIVING PROOF BY DRAIN)
(THIS IS THE END BITCHES!!!)
(I'll save all my bullshit "thank you for everything" speeches for the end. But I still need to say thank you to everyone who continues to read and comment on my story. I love seeing new comments and I love to talk with y'all even if it's an argument. Can y'all believe that this is the fuckin' end?!)
(This might or might not be the longest chapter in this book and guys, just really, thank you)
(Some warnings: There's a lot of music this chapter, this chapter literally has a soundtrack)
(Actually that's the only warning—anyways)
(You'll need to read the authors note at the end if you want any information on why I wrote everything I did, if you got any questions about the future, and just in general other shit—so READ THE AUTHORS NOTE)
(Alright, I will see y'all at the very end of the chapter!)
(THIS IS LIVING...PRRRRROOOOOOFFFFFFF!!!!!!)
...
Few months prior, Ravens family estate, Northern California...
"George, you have an unexpected guest." Hank dryly says as this unexpected guest is never a welcomed one.
"He's always expected." George simply says. "Never welcomed with opened arms but with a concealed knife."
George, with trembling hands, pushed his seat out and begun to slowly stand up. Hank had immediately rushed to his side. "Woah-woah-woah—George you shouldn't—"
"—I MUST appear strong in front of him." George briefly snapped at his long time friend. Hank had reluctantly stepped away from George to allow him to stand on his own, using his amber cane.
Hank had shadowed George as he limped through the massive hallway all the way to the stairs where he sees the only person he could think of as an unexpected guest.
"Son." George's stern, intimidating Lion-like voice echoed down the stairs, alerting the greatest hunter to ever live.
"I've come home, Father..." Cassidy had a Cheshire Cats grin on his face.
The Father and Son had stared into each others soul, waiting for the other one to break the silence. George did not see Cassidy he is seeing not, he only saw his 17 year old son walking back out of those doors after yelling at George for being a disappointment of a father.
"This is actually perfect timing that you have graced my presence today." George bluntly spoke to his former poacher.
"Well, I've only come here to ask you a few questions." Cassidy simply stated, his grin never fading.
"I do not care. No matter what you have said and done in the past you are still my son and as your father you will listen to me." George turned back around and begun to head back to his office. Once his father couldn't see his face, the Poacher dropped his grin, clearly not wanting to stay here long.
Cassidy followed his father to his office, annoyed that George had limped so slowly.
George had plopped back down in his chair and scooted forward, briefly rearranging his things on his massive desk before looking back up at Cassidy who had refused to sit down. Hank had stood by the door.
