(Not my type of music but I still like a lot of the Spider-Verse songs. I'm just not into much music made after 1990, but I felt this song was appropriate for this chapter. Oh, and possibly cool news at the end)

The Campers walked for what felt like hours in the cave until Hunter saw some light up ahead, but the others couldn't see the light until they got closer. Hunter immediately frowned upon seeing what was on the other end of the cave. One by one the Campers made it out of the tunnel, wincing at the sudden bright light.
"Okay, so..." Brooklynn started, Hunter was squatted down on the Boulder beside her. "...definitely not Costa Rica."
Hunter—well he's Hunter, what are you expecting him to say?
"I don't know about y'all—but this is pretty much all I see back home." The Nature Boy has lived all his life in Australian and Southern California, so it was justified that he was annoyed to see one of the harshest environments on the planet.
Brooklynn cautiously slid down part of the hill. "It looks more like...Australia?" Darius turned to Hunter to try to confirm it.
Hunter sighed. "Australia ain't this...'deserty'? I guess I'll call it that—this is more California, Arizona, Nevada 'deserty.' But even then...this doesn't feel right at all." Hunter jumped down the Boulder and scanned the environment with his eyes.
"And we'd at least see about 100 venomous snakes and spiders by the time we even got out of the cave."
Kenji presses his hand against Darius's face. "Kenji...what are you doing?"
"Making sure we're not dead." Kenji said in disbelief. "'Cause if we're dead, we'd be ghosts, and if we're ghosts, I'd be able to, like...Ooh, go through you."
Darius annoyedly smacks Kenjis hand away. "We're not dead!"
"Well, now you know. You're welcome."
Ben stared out ahead as something was on his mind before watching the others. "Well, we know where we aren't." Brooklynn said. "Any idea where we are?"
"Nope. Just that we're stranded. And alone. Again." Yasmina said like she's given up, tossing a rock.
"We just gotta assess the situation." Darius said, trying to keep things positive.
Hunters eyes got burned from something in the distance, he winced and turned away from it before Ben called out. "Hey, hey, guys! Look at that!" Ben slides down the hill and points off into the distance.
"Over there in the distance. Something shiny!"
Hunter rubbed his eyes. "Yeah—it hurts..."
"I see it! Looks like the sun is glinting off some sort of metal thingy?" Sammy questioned, Hunter continued to rub his eyes as apparently light was sensitive to him now. "Yep...that's how reflection works, Sammy."
"Something metal could mean someone had to make it. We gotta go check it out!" Ben ushered. "Hang on. You wanna go walking across a blazing hot desert just because you saw something shiny?" Kenji asked.
"You're rich. That's what you usually do anyways." Hunter commented, still rubbing his eyes as Brooklynn nudges his side to tell him to not instigate.
"We have no idea what's out there." Darius said.
