SURVIVED

Mark would join me every morning in our home gym. I work with a personal trainer to guide me with proper exercise routine for my pregnancy. He also spends his own time doing his own exercise routine to maintain his yumminess.

I would sometimes stare blankly drooling at him, and he snaps me out of it by squeezing my face and lovingly smooching my puckered lips. My trainer would turn beet red and wriggle excitedly from witnessing our display of affection.

We would shower together before having breakfast together. I would sometimes send him to his office before going around the complex to explore. We would eat lunch together either at Chef Raffy's restaurant or at home. He would spend his afternoon breaks strolling with me at the central park.

We eat dinner together and sometimes play at the entertainment center or watch movies at the cinema. I would sometimes drop by Janice's office to drop off a cake, a toy, or a book for Janelle. I have met her husband in person. He is indeed very kind and adores her.

"Josie, mag-ingat ka sa dinadaanan mo. Kapag may nabasag ka d'yan, wala kang pambayad." Mang Cardo warned his errant ward.

I invited Josie to join me look at the luxury section. She excitedly agreed, wanting to see some luxurious things and the actual place where people shop for them.

"Good afternoon, Miss Ella!" Masayang bati ng welcoming staff sa amin.

"Hi! Good afternoon!" I waved my hand at them a little more amicably because they already got my name right.

"Do you want me to call your personal shopper, Miss?" One lady asked me.

"I have one?" I did not know I had one.

"Let me get our department head for you, Miss." She offered, not wanting to deal with me directly.

"Miss Ella! Welcome! I apologize for not knowing you would be coming." The manager offered me her hand for a handshake which I took.

"Don't worry about it. I just want to have a look around and see if we like anything." I placated her worries.

I soon learned that one needs to make an appointment to shop there. An usher would exclusively cater to their requests and show them around.

Shoppers may also choose to stay in the lounge and request the items they want to see be brought in. That is understandable because the section has three whole floors. The lounge serves refreshments and other what nots for the rich, spoiled, and pampered.

"I will personally show you around, Miss." The manager volunteered when I decided to look around instead of sitting in the lounge.

"No need. I could manage. I would definitely contact you when I need anything. Thank you." I refused her offer.

I just want to relax looking around. This is mostly for Josie to look around, but I also wanted to see what this section has to offer.

I have been to some of the most luxurious shopping districts in the world and I have lived the rich life too. But I may have lived in the cabin for too long because I was awestruck with how luxurious everything here. Stores offer a relaxed experience with their serene atmosphere. Kind, helpful associates welcomed us in every boutique.

Boutiques for Hermes, Cartier, Bulgari, Van Cleef, Tiffany & Co., and all the other luxurious brands were within our view. Tita Carmel and Ate Carmel will go crazy over this. During their first visit, they just spent time with me and Mark at the penthouse. They have never explored the area yet.

Tita Isabella's never impressed with worldly treasures. No wonder she never mentioned this place. Mommy Isadora would rather use our every penny for the children.
