A/N: I'm making the last chapter into two parts since it was all supposed to be one chapter anyway. Okay, that's all, read on!

~Makayla's POV ~

I stare, mouth wide. Why are they here? I told them that they didn't have to come over. Oh my gosh, what are they going to say about Harry?

They came to the hospital, but at that time Harry went to go get some food. I didn't tell him that they were here and I didn't tell my parents that Harry was my boyfriend. And yes, I have my reasons.

I drag myself out of my thoughts and back into reality. Everyone was silent, not saying a thing. I had to pipe up.

"Mom! Dad! Uh, what are you guys doing here?" My mom quickly ran to me and crouched down, hugging we very tightly. I think I could here my organs squishing.

"We couldn't have just left you at the hospital! We're your parents for peat sake!" She let me go and smiled widely at me. I forced a smile back.

I mean, I love my mom to death! But this was way too awkward. I looked over at my dad and saw him eyeing Harry.

Please don't say anything, please don't say anything, please please PLEASE!

"Um, Makayla?" He coughs.

"Yea?" I respond, ready to get this over with.

"Who's the curly one behind you with his hand on yours?" My mom looked up and gasped. I raised my eyebrow, and looked down. Indeed, Harry's hand was on mine

Shït, shït, shït. Harry, why do you have to be the caring, always here for you boyfriend? Ecspecially now?!

"Um..." I trail off, trying to think of a way to bring it up to them. But I didn't have to.

"Well sir," Harry starts. "Makayla and I are in a splendid relationship." He bends down and kisses my cheek. I blush a deep red. I have to give Harry props for being such a gentleman.

My father's eyes widen. My mother puts her hand over her mouth. Oh God, please let them be, I don't know, cool today?

But this is my parents you're talking about. They're never cool.

So then, this is where all the over protectiveness comes in.

"Makayla, you're only 17! Are you sure you're ready to date? At least wait a few more years!" My mother exclaims.

"And I am not letting my daughter get hurt by some, one hit wonder!" My dad fuses. I gasp. I look up at Harry and his smile was now a frown. Suddenly, I get mad. Real mad.

"First of all, Harry's not going to be a one hit wonder! He's going to go off in history as one of the most popular bands in the world! And I don't care if he's a year older than me because guess what?!" I stop.

Am I seriously going to say this? In front of my parents and friends? I look up at Harry and he gives me a small smile, giving me the courage to continue.

I look directly at my parents. "Because I love him!" My father glares at me.

"You're 17! You don't even know what love is!"

"As soon as I met Harry, I knew. It all made sense to me! I'm in love with Harry and there's nothing you can do about it!"

"I think that you are just in love with the thought of love." My mom explains.

"Well I don't give a rats ass what you think!" I yell back. And I'll tell you, I didn't regret anything I said.

"Don't you use that tone with us! We are your parents and we know what's good for you!" My father yells at me.
