Ch.54 Take Me To Church

GIA'S POV.

Me, Yessi, and AJ are gonna go to a party tonight.

Yessi wants to party and AJ just wants to drink cause he's been dealing with his own problems lately.

His baby momma Karla gave birth to their son Joseph about 2 weeks ago.

I've never seen him SO happy.

He absolutely loves him.

But, Karla's being a bit of a bitch.

She just fights with AJ all the time and doesn't let him see Joseph.

Yes she one of those baby momma's.

He hasn't see him in two days and it's really killing him.

So I guess he just needs to get that off his mind.

I start getting ready by curling my hair into thick full waves then doing my makeup.

Once that's done I change into a white tank top that has "L.A." on it in thick black letters, a black leather jacket, blue skinny jeans, and black heels.

Then my phone starts to ring.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Hey me and AJ are on our way" Yessi says.

"Okay honk when you're outside" I say then hang up.

I'm still staying at Shy's house.

I haven't spoken or seen my family or Manny in a week.

It's been tough but I'm managing.

I spray some perfume, put on some lip gloss, and before I know it I hear a honk outside.

"Hey sexy" Yessi says as I get into the backseat.

"Where's Shy she's not coming?" AJ asks.

"Nah she's at work" I tell him.

"Well we can drive to the party and turn the fuck up just the three of us so stay together!" Yessi says enthusiastically.

"Here" AJ says handing me a 40.

I open the bottle and take a drink.

We drive to the party and walk in and have a good time.

And it is a good time.

But for some reason I'm just not feeling it that much.

I'm not in the mood to drink and party as much us I thought.

I went to the bathroom for two seconds and when I come out AJ and Yessi are nowhere to be found.

So much for sticking together.

As I move through the crowd to find them I see Daniel.

I kind of freeze in surprise and get nervous and feel my cheeks burn.

He's with Reks and Psycho and once he sees me he takes a double take to see if it's really me.

I quickly look away and the crowd swallows us up.

"Hey!" I say to Shy over the loud music as I finally see her.

"I'm gonna go I'm tired" I tell her.

"You don't want a ride??" She slurs.

"Nah I'm good I'm gonna walk Shy's house isn't that far" I say with a shrug.

"Okay text me in the morning!" She says giving me a hug.

I cross my arms and walk out onto the sidewalk.
