Ch.21 A Love So Naked

GIA'S POV.

Today me and Gunner are finally gonna spend a day together and possibly a night.

We're gonna go kick it at Gio's pad with Psycho, Ghost, and Shy and Yessi are gonna go too.

Just drink and smoke and have a good time.

I'm gonna meet everyone there so I start getting ready.

I curl my hair into thick full curls and do my makeup.

Then I change into a sort of loose and flowy tank top that's a nude color and exposes my stomach below my nelly button.

Then I put on blue skinny jeans and sandals that have gold spike studs on them to match.

I spray some perfume then grab my phone and go outside to my car.

I drive to Gio's house and park in front.

Not only is Gio Anthony's best friend but I've known him for a few years now.

He was like a big brother to me when Manny wasn't. And he still is.

And I'm cool with his older sister and mom so I can just go in and out of the house whenever.

So that's what I do.

I go into the house and to the backyard.

I see everyone is already there bumping music and shit starting the party without me!

"Hey what's up come sit down" Anthony says pulling a chair next to him.

"Already drinking without me" I say jokingly as I sit down and Gunner leans over and pecks my lips giving me goosebumps.

"Pop one open girl" Gio says handing me a beer.

"Aye you know that female you guys jumped into the gang a couple months ago?" Psycho asks me.

"Yeah what about her?" I ask.

"She told the older homies she wants out" he says. I raise my eyebrows.

"Are you fucking serious?" I ask.

90 percent of the people in our gang are born into it. And because of who their parents are they don't need to be jumped, fucked, or initiated into the gang or anything.

Hence they're born into it.

But for the outsiders who do want to join and we let them in.

And if they wanna leave, they have to pay a price. They can't just leave.

It's like, being Backstabbed and it's basically a slap in the face.

Cause we explain very clearly in the beginning that once you're in you're in. There's no leaving.

It's a trust thing.

"Yup, the homies were telling me about that, and YOU and Stacy have to deal with it since you know, you guys are the ones taking over for Gloria" Ghost says.

"Shit that girl should be lucky it ain't Gloria, Gloria wouldn't let that girl see daylight again" Shy says shaking her head.

"Foreal but Gia would do the same shit" Yessi says with a small laugh.

I smile.

"It's only business" I say shrugging my shoulder.

"Boss ass female" Gunner says shaking his head smiling at me.

I just smile and look down.

He compliments me SO much.

I've never had someone do that before.
