GIA'S POV.
Me, Manny, and Armando are gonna go visit my mom in jail today.
She doesn't know we're going but it's whatever.
Me and Manny just wanna get to the bottom of this whole thing.
About why she never told me and Manny about Armando.
I start getting ready by doing my makeup then putting my hair into a ponytail.
Then I change into a white muscle shirt, blue ripped skinny jeans, and some flip flops.
When I'm done I go downstairs and into the kitchen.
"Hey you ready?" I ask Manny grabbing a water bottle from the fridge.
"Yeah" he says putting his plate in the sink.
"So uh, I just got some info from one of the OG's about Anthony" Manny tells me.
I look at him.
"And?".
"He's in jail, not cause of you or any of us though, and I don't know if it's cause of AJ's little sister but, he got caught up with AJ's murder" he tells me.
"No way" I say shocked.
He nods.
"He's got life in there now" he says shrugging a shoulder.
That makes me sad.
Not for Anthony though I really don't feel bad for him and it's not like I have any type of romantic feelings for him still at all.
But I did know his family.
His mom, brother, sister, it sucks knowing what they must be going through you know?
Anthony's in jail for life.
That's someone's son and brother.
I know they're all probably heart broken.
But there's nothing I can do so..
I grab my my car keys and me and Manny go outside to my car.
We drive to Armando's house to pick him up then to the jail my mom is at.
"What do you think she's gonna say?" Armando asks.
"Knowing our mom, who knows, she'll try and come up with some type of lie or excuse" Manny says.
"What if she doesn't even wanna talk to us once she sees Armando?" I ask.
"She will, she just won't fuckin' like it" Manny tells me.
"You guys haven't talked to her?" He asks us.
We pause.
"Nah, not for a while since she scammed Gia" Manny says.
I sigh to myself.
When we get to the jail we go inside and go through the whole process of wanting to see an inmate.
Now, the three of us, with me sitting in the middle of Armando and Manny, are sitting on one side of a glass wall.
We say nothing at all until we see a guard bring out my mom in handcuffs.
She still looks like she's on drugs.
But that's not the only thing I notice.
I notice the look on her face.
She looks for shocked and confused than mad and angry.
She sits down and looks at all three of us.
