GIA'S POV.
Last night after I left Giselle in my room I went downstairs to eat my food.
I WAS gonna go back upstairs right after to talk to her but Manny needed me to drive him to the store to get them more beer since they were all too drunk.
And when I got back home I went in my room and saw Giselle had fallen asleep.
So I left her there and I slept downstairs on the couch.
"Aye Gia wake up" I hear Manny say shaking my shoulder.
I groan and rub my face.
"It's 12 in the afternoon your office just called" he tells me.
"What'd they say?" I ask yawning.
"They need you to go in at 2 to supervise today or some shit like that" he says.
I groan.
It gets hard being the boss.
"Why did you sleep on the couch?" He asks me as I get up and follow him to the kitchen.
"Um-" I start but then Giselle comes down the stores.
"Morning" she says with a normal smile.
"Giselle?? When did you get here?" Manny asks surprised.
"Last night, she hasn't explained anything to me either" I say crossing my arms as I look at her arching an eyebrow.
"Look, I've been staying with Michael, I've been fine I just, I realized I can't keep doing what I'm doing, I just knew that my mom and dad would be pissed and I was scared they wouldn't let Michael be in our sons life" she explains.
"Giselle your- aw it's a boy?!" I say completely switching moods.
She smiles and nods as Manny smacks his lips and rolls his eyes.
"Giselle you can't stay here" Manny tells her.
"Why not?? You guys have an extra bedroom" she whines.
"It's not that, you need to be with your parents" he tells her.
"Yeah especially when he's born, me and Manny have stuff to do, you can't be here by yourself all day with a baby, you're gonna need a lot of help" I tell her.
She sighs.
"I know but I'm gonna feel uncomfortable there now because of what I did" she says with a slanted face.
"Okay look, I have to go to work but when I get out I'm taking you home but, I'll stay there with you JUST for the weekend, your parents will probably go easier on you if I'm there" I try to compromise with her.
She purses her lips.
"Fine" she agrees.
I smile and go upstairs to my room and start getting ready for work.
I curl my hair and do my makeup.
Then I change into a white tank top, a thin flowy nude colored cardigan, black skinny jeans, and nude colored stilettos.
When I'm done I get my purse and go downstairs and go outside to my car.
I drive to work and start taking care of business.
Since my moms in jail I've been thinking about just taking over this real estate business she started.
I mean it's doing good and it's huge now without her.
But then again if that Cesar guys gets her out of jail she'll sober up since Jose is out of the picture and we can partner on the business together.
