Society in Japan has reached a breaking point. Heroes are being overworked, crimes are becoming more frequent and the young heroes in training are being forced to learn quicker than their seniors if they hope to keep the country safe in the future...

Oh, but a point about chapter 9 part 1:
Just wanted to say that Hawks wasn't stalking y/n here, well kind of- but not in the way that some people think. He wasn't ominously watching y/n from a nearby rooftop. In fact he himself was nowhere near y/n, instead with his friends/sidekicks before flying to the hill where he meets her at the last minute. What he did was send one of his feathers to y/n's location so that he wouldn't lose her. He was surprised to see her at the fountains because he wasn't expected her to arrive in Fukuoka so soon and without telling him.
Following y/n telling him that she'd be going to Fukuoka in a previous chapter he'd planned on asking her to share his apartment with him at some point anyway, but decided upon seeing her in this chapter to just go for it, in case she was about to make plans herself. Of course, he couldn't just ditch his friends and approach y/n in public without drawing unwanted attention, so he kept a feather on y/n so he'd know where to find her when he found a chance to talk to her.
By the way, to me his feathers kind of act like trackers. So once activated, within a certain range, if one is in your location then Hawks knows exactly where you are, what you're doing, what you're saying and he can move that feather however he wants. Might be a stretch of his powers, but I'm pretty sure he can do all that in the series so...
