Hayes

I stood there, Snow and Emma woke up and they started tying them up. And are there more of you?!? The one in armor snapped I frowned some and Emma who was facing towards me looked up she saw me. No. She said and I knew what that meant, she was telling me this wasn't going to be a repeat of Jefferson's house. But it was going to be.  I drew my sword and stepped out, and whistled. She turned. Let them go. You are responsible for the Prince's death. How? None of us have magic. I snapped before swallowing hoping that it didn't start acting up then. Drop the sword and they don't get hurt. I frowned some and looked at Emma and Snow. I put the sword back and took it off giving it to her. Be careful, that sword is older than you. I snapped as she tied my wrist together and then tying us to another rope that was attached to the back of a saddle.

After awhile of walking we made it to a shore line, and a road that lead to an island. Where is this place? Snow asked and I looked out at the water. Our home. I knew I could get away if needed as it was surrounded by water. Anyway we made it into the camp and we were taken off the lead rope, which made it easier for me to untie the rope around my wrists. I smiled some and when Snow attacked the princess I suppose, I dropped and ran before hiding some behind a booth of some sort. Emma and Snow were taken to something they called the pit, and Snow had been knocked unconscious. Ok this is bad. I muttered some. Find the girl! I looked around for an escape, I didn't know how far the water was from this specific area, and could I make it through the woods to the water, if I was in a chase. THERE SHE IS! I looked up and then over and darted to the Smith booth, where I could see a sword. I got there and grabbed the sword turning just in time to clash blades with the girl they called Mulan. Give it up. I kicked her away and swung her blade caught with mine. She managed to get to my side and kicked me, I stumbled and out of instinct went to catch myself, but my left hand landed on some hot red metal. I made a noise pulling my hand off stumbling backwards and falling on my butt, before looking at the skin which was red and bubbling. I looked up some the black Smith stood there his face mostly covered but I could see it in his eyes, he seemed shocked. I frowned some his eyes, seemed familiar. He looked over and did something and a bunch of ash flew out at Mulan she held her eyes some and yelled. ENOUGH! I looked up and smirked. Lancelot. He looked down and smiled. The child guard. He helped me up. Come let's talk.

After she left I walked to where she had been and crouched, as something glinted in the light, something metal. I picked up the chain and saw the small compass attached to it. I looked up at the girl walking off. I was in disbelief.

So, how did you get here? That's not important. He looked at me and frowned as he had someone bandage my hand. So you have been taking in survivors. I said and he nodded. Yes, I have. I bit my lip and pulled my art book out opening it to the picture of dad, I bit my lip my eyes watered as this was the first time I had looked this since I fully remembered. Did you by chance find someone who looks like him? Captain Hook... Killian Jones, captain of the Jolly Roger. Yes, and my father. He frowned some. The legends- they're true, he had a daughter, that he kept hidden away a secret. He sighed some and shook his head. Sorry to disappoint, but no, no one has even seen that ship since the curse. I frowned and he sighed. Believed to be dead. I swallowed hard losing balance and falling into a chair. I'm so sorry, Hayes. T-then I need to find the Dutchman- again no one has seen it since the curse. Then I shall find it. I snapped my accent coming back in. It might prove difficult as the necklace I wore was enchanted so I could always find my father, but during the fight with her I lost it, but I will find him. He frowned some and shook his head. How? If that was your only way. I will need some things for a quest. He nodded some. Name the price we'll get it.

I came out of the cabin and Emma looked up and frowned. Hayes? I smirked some. Turns out I'm pretty good at playing keep away. Hayes, we have a plan to get home. Good for you. I handed the paper to Lancelot. That is what I will be needing for the quest. Q-quest? I looked at Emma. To find my father or godfather depending which is easier. I looked at Mulan. My sword. I snapped and she sighed handing it to me. Thank you. Hayes, you have to come home you belong in Storybr- I BELONG WITH MY FATHER! Emma frowned some. I need to know what happened. I snapped and Lancelot nodded. This is doable, are you sure going and trying to find him is the best decision? Yes. He nodded some. Consider it done. I started walking off and Emma jogged over. Hayes, just like that you're turning your back on us? I looked over at her and glared. you, Emma, are one to talk. I snapped and she frowned. I trusted you, I felt wanted for once, and then you just planned on turning your back and leaving. She went to say something but couldn't. What I'm doing is at least finding someone who wants me. I snapped before turning and walking away. Hayes. I turned to Snow and she sighed. IF you change your mind- she handed me a piece of paper. I read it. Alright. I muttered.

I made it to the small sail boat where it had food and water. I didn't have the compass anymore but I had to believe it'd find me. I started sailing some. I sighed and used some magic to try to find the Dutchman. The orb skimmed the water going to the middle and it stopped. I frowned some and watched it go down. I smirked some and stood. I was about to jump in when something happened with the boat. It started flooding. I grabbed my bag and struggled to put a protection spell over it. I took a couple deep breaths in and jumped in. I started swimming down and relaxed more as my tail formed. I saw the deck and got down to it, and tapped once. It started surfacing. It shot out of the water and settled on the surface. I coughed and smiled. Who goes there? Just someone you've not seen in awhile. I said standing up as the tail desolved he became shocked. Hayes? Hello Will. How, when?!? I accepted his hug. Like a couple hours ago. He pulled back and smiled moving hair out of my face. We need to talk.

***
He shook his head. No, I don't know who told you that, but he's not dead. I frowned some and he sighed. Your father- Killian he's been on land. Doing what? I don't know but whoever told you, he was dead they have to be lying. I felt my stomach drop some. Why would they? Keep you as far away from interfering with something, possibly? I pulled my lips in and he sighed some. Hayes, what happened? The curse I got swept up in it, I thought since father was so close to it he'd get swept up too but- I sighed some and felt like I was gonna cry. And my sail boat is gone. I can take you back to land, Hayes. I looked up at him shocked. Thank you.

When I reached land and wandered for awhile it was night fall. I had become hopelessly lost in the woods. Nothing looked familiar in the dark. I sat down on a log and sighed some. Wish I had my compass. I muttered, I had already tried to get it back with magic but it didn't work. My magic was coming and going, I had it under control, it came on demand when I wanted it, and now that the curse broke and happened, it didn't work hardly. I jumped as I heard a gun shot. I looked around and frowned. Emma. I muttered and then heard the noises. Ogers. I realized they were a lot closer to me. So I took off running.

***
I stopped running when I couldn't hear the Oger anymore. And I realized I was back near the haven. I started running but stopped. I saw smoke and carnage. I looked over at the bodies that were dead. I fell behind something and watched as Cora was laying waist to this village. I was shaking I felt like something was behind me, and then I felt it. Someone grabbed me back some a hand over my mouth. The person got right next to my ear. Hayes, Run.
