Luz pov:
I zoom the carefully into Kings eye

"And here we have the most fearsome creature in the world, the King of Demons." I say speaking into the phone as it zooms out to show King trying to tear a sock off his nose, "Facing his natural enemy, the ducky sock!"

King grunts, and tears the sock into pieces, with his claws then punches the remnants, slamming down his fists,, "Where are you now, ducky sock"

"So, why'd you call me here again?" I ask

"Oh, yeah." He grunts as he climbs up a table and stands on it, I move the camera with him, "Human Luz, you've been so obsessed with witchcraft that you haven't learned anything about my kind. Prepare yourself for........" he says a she rolls his eyes.

he then turns to the board behind him and rips off the red curtain to reveal a board of photos of various demons.

he puts on a hat and spins the cord on top of it, "Demons 101! Demons like me are grim tricksters of the twilight, creatures of sulfur and bone"

"There are also witch's who have demon parts on them like me" Luna says, I move the camere in her direction.

Luna is coming out of the kitchen with orange and apple slices. She points one of her hands at her horns, ears and tail, "otherwise known as hybrids, they look like witches but have something that resembles a demon, such as horns or a tail, though there are full demon hybrids"

She explains as she places the snacks on the table, "anyways I was born with cat ears and tail but the horns came after a uh.... unique event" She says, ears and tail going down slightly

"Ooooo mystery backstory" I turn the camera back to king, and zooming in on him, "but they also have cute little paws right cutie pie"

King sighs "yes we have cute little paws, while that is True. We live only to create chaos and misery. Our only weaknesses are purified water and sometimes passive‐aggressive comments."

"Oh, you guys are sensitive."

"Even demons have inner demons." Luna says as she sits down next to the table, she gets on her knees a tears off one of the pictures to reveal a snarling demon hidden behind it..

"The most powerful demon of all is the Snaggleback. He's a‐‐" King continues but gets cut off

"Bad boy!"
"Weakling" me and Luna say at the same  time

I put a colored filter over the screen, followed by several stickers. I aim the phone down and taping on it

"Luz, pay attention. This information could save your life someday, and Luna Snagglebacks are weakling you've been to my lessons, you should know this." King yells

Luna rolls her eyes in response but smiles fondly.

"No, no. I am so paying attention. This is my paying attention face." I say as I look up to king and make a face while I nod, "Mm‐hmm, mm‐hmm, mm‐hmm."

Lightning crashes, immediately followed by a thunder rumble which causes us all to look outside, through the window.

"Uh‐oh. Looks like it's gonna rain"

"Yeah, that's why I have the day off from school" Luna says getting up from the floor.

I gasp catching their attention,  "I love the rain!"

"Hey, wait" King says

"Luz- hold up-" Luna starts to yell but it's too late, the human girls already opened the door and walked outside

Luz exhales "I always love feeling the first few drops in my hair" I kneel down to a flower "I bet you do too buddy"

A water drop drops down to the flower, and iy wither and die immediately.
