It's not very long- but, I wanted to give this story some justice, i felt like it deserved a proper ending- even if it took a couple years lol. Which I also said in last chapter....thanks for being patient

....this was my first fanfic and even if the last few chapters are more....summaries if what would happen rather then actual written chapters im happy I got to write it

I'm glad you all enjoyed it and, I needed to finish it, even if it's just a simple summary of events. It's been on my mind recently, especially since I've turned 18 recently. I couldn't leave the story unfinished forever...it didn't feel right once I remembered I left it unfinished

It's fun to look back on my writing style from when I was 14 to now, even if a bit embarrassing and i wish i could rewrite some of what I wrote- change some things here and there

But oh well, it's already written, I'm not doing all that again, and I was 14 so I can forgive myself for some cirngeness and bad writing

Anyways its been a longgg time since ive watch the owl house so, hopefully I don't get anything wrong lol

This is pretty short cause...nothing would really change?

(The puppet sequences are really cool, I love those so much)

Shed probably start with Hunter specifically. Talking about how she left him for 'nobodies'

Which would tip her off because hunter thought she had died, not left and doesn't think about the others like that at all (she's noticed his little crush on Willow, she supports it and is already preparing facts she knows about her friend to let him know)

It might spark some insecurity that he does feel like she left him behind. Making fir a sweet little moment between them near the end of her telling him she won't leave, ever. Or smth

She ends up running into Amity and gives her the light glyph(where did amity get that in canon-), to try and wake her up like

"Okay you guys are like-possesed- being controlled- uh- do- do you remember when we kept trying and failing to copy Luzs glyphs? I don't know how she gets her circles so perfect- I know we couldn't, we msutve used up 2 stacks of paper trying haha...."

And then she falls through a hole and lands on the ground infront fo Gus and Willow, and it's kind of like the collector is trying to copy her most traumatizing memory but with her friends who she knows would never see her as a monster-

So she shoves then aside and runs and everything is pitch black. And belos' voice just echos things he's said

And that's what gets her stomach to drop. Some of it she recognizes being said to her or her brother- some of it is directed towards....someone else.

I feel like the collector is kind of like...trying to punish them for, well you know, trying to get rid of him. And is trying to show them what it feels like when the people you thought you could trust just keep hurting you

First below and now king/eda/Lilith, tho they weren't actually he only heard half fthe truth so- yeah

And since he can't exactly filter he jsut plays whatever he remembers belos saying to her. Which includes things said to him.

And Luna has the realization that what belos has said to them is similar. And unlike them, the collector couldn't escape it ever. He was alone 24/7, isolated, at least her and hunter were around other people (and she herself escaped early)

The collector didn't have anyone else

And he's lashing out, doing things like obsessing over games, hoping it'll entertain them so he won't be isolated...again.
