The nightmare for them is when you have a bad dream, a truly bad dream. But the real nightmare for me was when everything you've ever known was suddenly taken away from you, and all you could feel was rage, hatred, and... vengeance.

Adolescence should be lighthearted and filled with sunbathing, not a bewilderment in the depths of the mind.

My parents were assassinated in front of me when I was a child. And it had been a particularly traumatic day. They killed in front of me, and I had no idea what to do or why they were killing my parents.

I've been alone since they died. I was raised by an orphan for many years, and when I graduated from college, I was once again alone— in fact, I had been alone since they died in front of me. That was the last time I was joyful. Amadea Zhiancarra De Casa was never the same after it.

All I can think about now that I'm living solely for myself is retribution. I'm trying to figure out who killed my parents. I promised myself that after I become successful, after I graduate and have a job, I'll return to the place where my parents were murdered. And I'll track down the true perpetrator of those deaths.

And, certainly, I became a lawyer to fulfill a promise I made to my parents: I would seek justice for them.

"Saan ka galing? Na late ka sa hearing!" sabi niya.

"Hala, sorry. Hindi ko napansin. Uhm, how's the hearing?"

"It was hold, hindi dumating ang witness at hindi ka din dumating. Akala nga namin, sabay kayong dadating. Saan ka ba kasi galing?" she asked.

And right after I came home, I immediately changed my clothes into a whole black outfit.

I have a hidden agenda in life.

Aside from being a lawyer, I was a secret investigator here in our town. I become an investigator, kasabay ng pag graduate ko sa school bilang lawyer. And no one knows that I was a secret investigator, except for my boss. Even my friends don't know about it.

I sniffed when I smelled a dead body on the road.

I immediately put on my gloves and mask. Pumunta ako sa crime scene para makahanap ng ebidensya, and there I found a knife who has a lot of blood.

There's a lot of stabbed in her chest at iyon ang naging dahilan ng kamatayan niya.

It was a cross sign.

"There's been five mysterious deaths these past few weeks. I whispered the last words.
