"I'm giving up" Nini groaned while falling onto her bed. Gina shook her head at that, while the others just laughed.

Nini, Gina, Ashlyn, Kourtney, Seb and Carlos were currently at Nini's house to plan Ricky's one year anniversary gift. "How about a new skateboard?" Ashlyn suggested. That caused the brunette to roll her eyes "He already has like twenty, plus I just got him a new one for his birthday.

"You could write him a song" Kourtney suggested, to which Nini again shook her head. "I already do that all the time. I want it to be something special." That caused everyone to not state anymore ideas, because they all knew she was right.

Ricky and Nini started dating around a year ago and everyone knew how much they loved each other, they just do not. "Tell him you love him" Gina casually suggested "Or cook for him."

She said the first part so fast that Nini nearly missed it. "I don't love him" she complained, which caused everyone to burst out laughing. That caused her to glare at everyone in return.

At the same time Ej, Big red and Ricky were in Big red's basement to plan Nini's anniversary gift.

"Buy her jewellery every girl loves that" Ej suggested. Ricky rolled his eyes at his friend's comment "I'm still not sure why Gina is dating you." "Hey" Ej complained.

"You could always plan a nice date. We all know that Nini loves that more than materialistic things" Big red suggested, which caused Ricky to nod his head agreement.

All of the sudden the curly haired guy found an idea on how to combine his two friend's ideas into one. "I think I have the perfect idea" he said and told them his plan. The two boys happily agreed to help and promised to get their girlfriends in on it as well.

A week later

Today is Ricky's and Nini's one year anniversary and nothing went as planned, at least in Nini's eyes. She has not seen Ricky all day, but he told her he would pick her up in an hour.

So currently she was getting dressed into her favourite dress. It was the dress Ricky got her for her birthday before they started dating. She also curled her long brown hair and did her make up, but just a little since Ricky always says that she looks even more beautiful without make up on.

Just as she finished getting ready her phone lit up indicating that she got a new message. It was from her boyfriend telling her that he was downstairs.

The brunette quickly grabbed her purse, stuffed her phone into it and then ran down the stairs. Sitting in the living room were her mom's. "You look beautiful sweetie" Momma C told her. "I agree" Momma D added. "Thank you" she told her mom's before walking past them. "Have fun with Ricky. But be home before 12" they yelled after her before she closed the front door.

As soon as Ricky saw her, he got walked up to her and smiled at her. His eyes roamed her body and then settled on her face "You look gorgeous baby." Nini blushed at his words. "You look handsome too" she told him before getting on her tiptoes and kissing his lips.

"Happy one year anniversary baby" she whispered against his lips before pressing another kiss to his lips.

He smiled into the kiss, when they pulled apart, he said "Happy One-year Neens." They just stood there in each other's arms for a few minutes until Ricky pulled away. "Should we go?" he asked.

She nodded her head at that and walked over to his car. As soon as they were both sitting in the car, he pulled out a blindfold. That caused Nini to raise her eyebrows in confusion. "Do I have to understand the blindfold?" she asked. "My Gift is a surprise, and you'll know what it is if you do not wear the blindfold" he told her before handing it to her. "Ok" is all she said before putting it on.
