Class was completely different and for the most part, awful. I was so glad to be done with the day and go back to the common room.
On my way, I had told Draco it was best I spoke with George before I was seen holding hands or walking with him. Regardless of the situation at Hogwarts, I can still imagine drama being a result of us being together.
Once I returned to the common room I had noticed something was off about the other students.
"What's going on?" I ask Neville once I spot him in the corner talking to another student.
He looks to me with a hopeful smile on his face.
"He's here, near Hogwarts," he tells me.
                              "Who's here?" I ask curiously.
"Harry, he was spotted in Hogsmeade, and it's real this time, no false alarm," he explains.
I couldn't deny, I felt as hopeful at the news as he did. This is what we all needed, Harry to help set order to the chaos.
"I have called in Dumbledore's army, some have already arrived here," he tells me.
                              "Really, like who?"
"Well me for starters," someone says close to my ear causing me to jump.
I turn around and see George.
                              "George," I say shocked.
I didn't' know how to react to seeing him after so long.
"Are you not going to give me a hug or something?" he asks.
"Sorry," I say as I step in and hug him," I'm just in shock that's all."
He chuckles, "I can imagine, I thought I may never see you again."
I break the hug and look up to him.
"I guess we should talk huh?" he asks wrapping his arm around my shoulder.
I felt my nerves come alive. We did need to talk, not only to catch up but I needed to tell him about Draco and I. How I have finally came to the conclusion I couldn't be without him. Regardless the fact he is a deatheater, regardles of the fact he is on the opposite side of this war, regardless of all the flaws he may possess, I was still deeply and undeniably in love with him. He was my other half and I was not going to fight it anymore.
I didn't want to hurt George, but it was time I stopped behaving like a child and tell him the truth.
I look to George and nod, "Yes, we need to talk."

                              Draco's P.O.V
"We don't understand why you would even want to be here," Crabbe states as we sat in the Slytherin common room.
"Isn't it obvious," Blaise responds before anyone else had a chance, "Leianna is here."
Crabbe looked to Draco, "Seriously, you came back just because of her?"
Draco turns his attention from glaring at Blaise to looking at Crabbe.
"Yes, I came here because of her," he says honestly. Draco didn't mind anymore what people had thought about it infatuation with Leianna, regardless of her social or economic class. He loved her and didn't give a damn what they thought.
"Wow, you admit it so easily now," Blaise tells him while shaking his head.
Draco looks to him blankly, "And your point is what?"
"That the girl who was once just a bet became something so much more to you," he replies.
Draco said nothing, it was basically true. Looking back, he never would have thought that the girl who had blew him off, the shy overly naïve Gryffindor would be the same girl he would fall so hard for.
"Leave him be Blaise, he can't help himself," Crabbe says defending his friend.
Draco almost wanted to chuckle. Even though he wasn't the smartest friend and Draco hadn't be the kindest to, he always was there to defend him.
"I know, just messing with him a little that's all," Blaise says holding up his arms, "Just harmless fun."
"Harmless fun," Draco mumbles repeating. Everyone knew Blaise never did harmless fun.
"What Draco? Blaise asks, "Don't you remember when you too had fun or is that been too long ago?"
Draco stands, done with his friend trying to taunt him into a fight, "I guess it has been too long."
He begins walking towards the entryway of the common room.
"Where are you going?" Crabbe asks.
"Out," Draco replies shortly never stopping.
"I wouldn't, the professors monitor the hallways," he explains to Draco.
"Don't forget who you are talking to Crabbe," Draco says with a smug grin causing Blaise to roll his eyes.
With that Draco turns and walks out, already with a place in mind he wanted to go.
