A week had come and gone and believe it or not, it wasn't as bad as it may seem. I helped Lizzy in the garden, taking care of the vegetables, making sure no bugs were on them. It was much easier getting rid of them then the gnomes you would find in a wizards garden.

When we weren't in the garden, we were in the kitchen. Lizzy had taught me so many different receipts. I had learned out to cook many different foods, and without any help from magic. It was a refreshing experience, one that I would mind making permanent if I had to. I cooked now, and cleaned now, on my own, no magic, no house elves.

Draco had taken up with Gerald too. He had helped him with much of the yard work as well as helping Gerald with fixing his old truck. Even though Draco didn't know how to fix a truck, or even work for that matter, he was very determined to learn. When we were alone, he would tell me how he is growing more use to living without magic. Of course we did use it to make sure we were still protected, but that was all.

It was as if we were adapting to being muggles. I was gently letting go of my thought of being discovered, with every day that passed it went further from my mind. Every now and then Draco and I would tempt it further, we would leave the boundaries of the charms, to go into the town with Lizzy and Gerald.

We were growing fond of the elderly couple. During the whole time we had been staying in their home, we had only seen one other person. This stranger stayed two days then left. Lizzy told me it was usually no more than three days that a normal guest would stay, but she was glad we have decided to stay longer. Gerald even asked Draco if he would like to just rent the room, that they would give us a cheaper rate. Money was no issue though, even when I asked Draco how much more he had he only snorted, like it was a stupid question.

Now, I was in the den, reading the local post. I could help but to squirm when I came across and article about how a bridge mysteriously collapsed and how dark figures had been spotted. I personally knew what it was, well who it was for that matter.

"What is it?" Draco asked as he walks into the den, followed by Gerald.

"More mysteries in the paper," I explain as I turn the page, "Like the others," I added looking up at Draco. It as if we were silently communicating. We both knew what was going on, who was causing all of these mysteries.

"It's aliens," Gerald states as he falls back into his chair, "We've dealt with them since the sixties."

I smile and glance at Draco who couldn't help but snicker himself.

"There is no such thing as aliens," Lizzy states walking in the room as well with a platter of sandwiches.

"There is too!" Gerald argues, "I saw them."

"You did not," she argued while rolling her eyes.

"I did," he retorted.

He looks to me and shakes his head, "It's true, I was walking home late one night and one swept down," he explained, "It was loud, sounded like my old bike I rode, and it had a big light in the middle."

I nearly busted out laughing, it sounded like Hagrid to me.

"Oh stop making yourself look like a fool," Lizzy says.

"I saw it with my own two eyes," he yells.

"Yeah, with your own two drunken eyes, remind me again were you was coming from love?"

Gerald's face turn blood red, "So what I had a few drinks, nothing serious. I know what I saw."

"A few," Lizzy snorts, "I found your butt naked on the swing outside.
