"Lawson, bakit ang tagal mo naman? Pinakealaman ko na 'yung sa kitchen niyo, para may makain tayo habang gumagawa ng project." As usual, mahinhin pa din siya kahit pansin ko ang masamang tingin sa akin

Let me clear it for all of you, we're not really friends. My parents want me to have friends with their fellow surgeons, i already said no with that but my parents are too persistent so I accept it.

I can honestly tell that my previous friends can't take anymore my attitude towards them. I'm likely honest to everything I say, but being like that is good thing too. And also, being a friends with people who has the same goal as mine is really hard. I show no mercy when it comes to that, so i don't get friends.

Ally and I isn't fit with each other I can also feel that she's over with my attitude but still here as a friend of mine, it's seems a responsibility to her. Honestly, I don't like her as my friend, she has this attitude that I hate since before.

Hindi umimik si Lawson at tanging umupo kaya agad akong tumabi sa katabing upuan niya. Kinalabit ko ang braso niya, mabilis naman itong napabaling.

"Hmmm bakit?" He asked calmly

Sinulyapan ko si Ally, abala pa ito sa pags-slice ng bread. Nakita ko ang katabing palaman, chocolate 'yon. "May cheese flavor kang palaman? Allergic ako sa chocolate."

Maagap na tumango si Lawson. "Oo meron, palamanan ba kita?"

Ako na mismo ang umiwas tingin sa kanya, para na akong matutunaw sa tingin niya. "Ako nalang."

Nagmamadaling umalis sa puwesto at dumiretso sa fridge para hanapin ang cheese flavor na palaman. Pagkabukas ko nang fridge, bumungad sakin ang madaming karne, gulay, eggs, and everything. I whistled when I finally saw the cheese flavor spread, nakangiting nilabas 'yon sa fridge at pinatong sa tabi ng chocolate flavor spread.

Ally stop spreading chocolate flavor and gaze at me. "I didn't know your allergic at chocolate."

I fake smile to her. "Hindi naman kasi lahat dapat alam mo."

Shock was written on her face. "But we're friends, you should tell about yourself. Para sana may alam ko at maging aware, lalo na 'yung kanina about sa burger."

I wanted to snap her but Lawson is looking at us, so next time.

"You maybe forget about how I love eating burgers, but it's okay all of us forgetful." I tried to be sound sincere

She stare at me. "Are you...mad at me?"

I slowly shook my head. "Why would I?"

She sighed then chuckle. "Just asking." Sinarado na niya ang takip ng chocolate spread. "Baka matagalan kami ni Lawson sa paggawa ng project, mauna kanalang mamaya."

Ngumuso ako. "Gusto ko pa dito, ako magdedesisyon kung anong oras ako uuwi."

Naglakad si Ally palapit kay Lawson at nilapag ang platong punong puno ng bread with chocolate spread. Tumaas ang kilay ko no'ng umupo siya sa upuan kung saan ako nakaupo kanina.

She smile sweetly at Lawson. "Kain ka muna bago tayo magumpisa."

I almost scoffed with her actions towards Lawson.

Habang abala sa pags-spread ng cheese flavor sa tinapay ay nagnakaw tingin ako sa kanila, o sabihin na nating kay Lawson lang talaga.

But in my shock, he was looking at me while munching his bread.

Bakit pag sa tuwing tumitingin siya sakin, hindi ko malaman kung ano ang ibig sabihin nang tingin na 'yon? I can't read him with his emotionless eyes.
