Chapter 30

I woke up from my annoying phone that keep ringing and ringing. I irritably get up and just with my close eyes 'cause i'm still sleepy, i irritably breathe out when I can't find my phone.

"Darn it!" Hindi ko na napigilan mapamura sa sobrang inis.

Dinilat ko na ang mata para mahanap na ang maingay na phone, pagkabaling ko sa side table muntik na ako mapasigaw sa gulat ng makita si Lawson na nakatayo sa harap ng side table ng kama niya.

He slide his finger onto my phone and the ringing tone stop and make my forehead creased in confusion.

"Did my phone wake you?" I don't want to be sound irritated to him but still have it. I'm about to get my phone but he fastly held my hand and sit on the bed. "Paabot ng phone ko, Lawson."

He didn't listen to me and just doing his cuddle stuff to me. He interwine our fingers and place my hand near at his lips and gave it a one smack kiss. He slowly tilted his head to me then sleepy smile formed.

My irritation changed into worried.

Umurong ako palapit sa kanya, agad naman siyang humiga sa balikat ko. Dahil hawak niya ang kaliwang kamay ko, ang kanang kamay ang ginamit ko panghipo ng uluhan niya.

"What's wrong hmmm? Tell me." I asked him with my comfort and sweet voice

"I'm scared." He almost whispered, he seems bottling up emotions now.

I squezed his hand. "About what?"

"That you're gonna leave me sooner or later." He heavy sighed. "Dalawang araw na lang at birthday mo na."

Mabilis kong inalis ang pagkakasandal niya sa balikat ko para lang maharap siya, hinawakan ko ang magkabilang pisngi niya. "Who said that i'll leave you? I never said that!"

He pouted. "Me."

I smile. "Then, tell yourself that i won't leave you no matter what. You're overthinking for nothing." I assured him

He still has the worried face. "Sa birthday mo, lahat ng sikreto ko malalaman mo."

Natigilan ako kasabay ng pagkalat ng kaba sa katawan. Bakit ba ako kinakabahan ng ganto pag nababanggit 'to?

I hope it won't change anything after knowing his secret.

"Can you stop smilling like an idiot?"

I giggled to Haru's savageness. I'm just happy being with him and shop for my birthday's food ingredients and i'll shop for my cloth to wear on my birthday.

Sadly, Lawson isn't here with us. It's only me, Haru and Gabrielle. He has session with his psychiatrist today so I don't think twice and let him choose the session with his psychiatrist. Okay naman kasama si Haru at Gabrielle, si Gabrielle ang taga saway kay Haru pag binabanatan niya ako ng pagiging suplado niya.

Isang akbay lang ni Gabrielle kay Haru ang nagpaamo sa kanya. Hmmm, don't tell me there is something between them already?

"Nalagay ko na 'yong mga nakasulat sa papel ko." Gabrielle announced while showing his paper has a many check on it. "How about you two?"

Tiningnan ko din ang akin at lahat ng nakatoka sa'kin ay may check na, meaning nasa cart na. Nagbalik tingin ako sa kanya. "I'm all done."

Haru groaned a bit and shoo away Gabrielle's arm. "I'm done too." Tinapunan niya ng tingin si Gabrielle. "After paying this gorceries, dalhin mo na agad sa kotse ko."

Napakurap sa pagtataka naman si Gabrielle. "Ako lang? Tyaka mamaya na, sasamahan pa natin si Sav bumili ng damit niya."

Wala sa sariling napatango kahit hindi sila nakatingin sa'kin.
