Anger.
Anger is all I feel right now.
'Greyson.' I say sternly as I stand right infront of him and the girl he is making out with.
He pulls away from her at the sound of my voice.
'Maya? U-uh what are you doing here?' He says sounding nervous. The girl next to him is staring at me with confusion.
I ignore his question. 'So you and her huh?' I look over to her and he does the same. I feel my heart slowly breaking inside of me.
I know that me and Greyson were never a thing, but why does this hurt so much?
When Greyson doesn't say anything, the girl beside him speaks up. 'Yeah, who are you?' She asks me while she wraps her arms around Greyson. He doesn't move.
'I'm his..' friend? Is that what I am? I want to say girlfriend, but it's clear now I never meant anything like that to him.
'Go on.' She is losing patience with me.
'She is my friend, that's all.' Greyson confirms my thoughts.
'Right yeah I'm just his friend.' My fake smile drops, all I feel is pain.
'So who's this?' I hear Noah's voice as his arm wraps around my waist. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in.
I take a step closer to Noah, I feel safe with him, he looks down at me and smiles, I like him when he is protective.
'Who are you?' Greyson shoots the question right back at Noah.
'Noah.' He holds out his hand but Greyson doesn't shake it. 'Alright dude, all good.' He says after being rejected.
The girl beside Greyson speaks up again 'Alright, you can go now. Me and Grey are busy.'
I roll my eyes at her comment.
'No I need to talk to her.' Greyson looks directly at me.
'Come on Maya, let's go.' Noah can see I'm feeling uncomfortable and grabs my hand to take me away from Greyson.
'Hey get your hands off her man.' Greyson says as his tone changes.
'Excuse me?' Noah averts his gaze from me and towards Greyson.
'You heard me.'
'What is wrong with you Grey? Just leave them. Come on.' His girl says clearly annoyed at me.
'Just go, I need to talk to her. I'll come find you later.' He tells her.
'Whatever.' She then walks away frustrated.
'What do you want man?' Noah asks Grey.
'I want my girl.' He speaks loud and clear, drawing all the attention to us.
